We had a few existing fence sections, previously installed by Bruce Fence about 5or 6 years ago, moved about 6 feet further out from their location in order to pick up some extra footage in our backyard. The job entailed new posts (which i admittedly became quite impatient with the extra weeks it took to order them), but otherwise our fence sections were reused, with the addition of 1 new panel. Chad, CJ, and one more installer did a fantastic job and we are very happy! Chad explained the procedures as they went along and asked for our opinions whenever there was a choice or decision regarding placement. Because there were gas and electric lines in that area, they had to hand dig the post holes rather than being able to use a machine, and they did so carefully, with no issues. They were even kind enough to remove an old wooden post for us as a favor. Our gate swings open and closed freely and smoothly, which can sometimes be a challenge. The guys were professional, courteous, and helpful and completely cleaned up any refuse from the job. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend. Thank you, Bruce Fence, Chad, and crew!

Bruce Fence came and installed my Gate and Everything was ok until I looked at my beautiful Gate and Saw they put all the locking system and hardware on the outside of the gate. Oh my beautiful decorative gate very unhappy with Bruce fence would not recommend them.

Horrible never returned to finish the job this was last year ! Very rude office person we put this fencing up allmost 16 years ago and paid over $5000 was extremely happy now extremely dissapointed to say the Least have been calling since last May really no completion what is wrong with your company

All of the work was done on time and at a more than fair price. We had three quotes for the job and Bruce, knowing we were doing this for a youth organization, provided us with a great deal where others would not. They also provided us with free planning consultation to help the project go smoothly. Mark, the owner, did this himself and his generous expertise made sure we got the best end result for our kids. They even helped us out when other parts of the project (that they weren't even responsible for) hit some unexpected snags. The fence was installed several years ago. Initially, we thought it had been installed correctly. However, as time went on we realized the large gate's posts were placed too close together. Bruce Fence Co. refused to repair their mistake. In fact, I was spoken to very rudely when trying to relay my concerns. We had another company come out for a temporary fix to the gate - Not much could be done, however. Now it's time to have the poles removed and done over, as to prevent the gate from completely breaking. We are writing this review now, as we tried to avoid going public, but now feel the community be aware of situations such as this. Beware - once you'e paid them, they believe their job is done. It would've been an easy fix for Bruce, but it's turning out to be a costly one for us.

The estimator was very professional and give us the estimate on the spot. After accepting the bid, the fence was installed within two weeks. The required deposit was less than what other competitors wanted. The installers seemed very capable and were polite and helpful. Time will tell but I believe we received good value and fencing that will last many years.

Hired Bruce Fence to install a pool fence. Installers made several mistakes, latches installed on wrong side of gate, electrical wire damaged after location was pointed, dumped debris from post hole digging on my property, two sections of fence were crooked. Discussed these issues with the owner, he was rude, offensive and arrogant, he said the debris was there prior to fence installation. Debris was finally picked up but other problems were never corrected after I made full payment. Female who answered the phone to discuss issues was also rude and combative. Worst contracting experience I have ever been involved with.

It went great. They were prompt and professional. The fence looks seamless on a hilly terrain.

These guys know their stuff. Their attention to details is superior to others who came and looked at the job. The guy who quoted us left everything with us before he left the property including pricing. No waiting. 20 minutes to measure and we had everything done. We knew before he left every detail was complete. After he left I noticed on the drawing a minor mistake. We had a miscommunication on distance away from a tree line. I wanted access behind the fence and the original drawing had it going to a tree line. I called them up and told the guy who quoted us the change required. The work that was completed by the install team (to their credit) was done correctly by the drawing they were given (the original drawing I saw) and they were top notch. So when I asked the install team about the change I had wanted on the initial consultation with sales they made a call to their office and the change was quickly implemented by the install foreman and they simply removed one panel from our original design to accommodate that change. It was an excellent compromise between us. We did have a minor issue with the lock set not being the correct one. They made a special trip back to change that no charge. Truly professional and willing to work with me. You get what you pay for.

The service from Bruce Fence was great from the initial quote through the completion of the project. We loved they were a small family owned/operated business and every member of their team took pride in their work. After the initial installation I had some concerns with the fence and the son of the owner made a visit to discuss my concerns in person and they worked to resolved all concerns. My whole family loves the fence and have been thrilled with this new addition to the property. We were thrilled with the overall experience with Bruce Fence and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fence installation.

Went very well, from the visit to the "show room" to the estimator and then the installation. Very punctual and made excellent suggestions/recommendations.

I hired this company to provide stockade and chain link fencing for my yard in the spring of 2015. I installed about 2/3 of the fencing, but needed them to finish the job when I ran out time at the end of the summer. In all respects, they did an excellent job and I recommend them without reservation.

Our whole experience with Bruce Fence was positive. From our initial contact with Melissa at the office, Bruce Fence stayed very responsive. They provided detailed answers to our questions and did whatever they could to accommodate us. When Mark came out to measure, he took the time to explain the entire process and offered suggestions on what would look best. They made no effort to up-sell, instead opting to offer their honest opinion on what is best for the job. Because of this, we ended up selecting a different fence type which ended up saving us some money. The installation was completed in one day which was great. There was a miscommunication with what to do with the excess dirt but all in all it was a minor issue. One of the gates was damaged. We e-mailed Bruce Fence that night to let them know and they responded that they were aware and had already ordered a new gate for us. The new gate ended up being installed about two weeks later. We would definitely use Bruce Fence again.

I called Bruce Fence to request a price to fix my fence which had been broken by a falling tree. I spoke to Jason who asked me some questions and gave me a price over the phone. I asked Jason to email me the estimate. Four days later, I had received no estimate, so I called Jason back and asked him to re-send. The following day I still had not received an estimate, so I called Jason a third time. Jason said he would send it over in a few minutes, but seeing how it was so much trouble trying to get the estimate, I told Jason I would wait on the phone until I received it. That was a good thing, because Jason finally realized he had written my email address down incorrectly (even though I had asked him to double-check it). A few days after receiving the estimate, I called Jason back to say I wanted to schedule an appointment to have the fence repaired. I wasn't all that comfortable having them do the work, as they didn't seem all that competent based on how much trouble it was to get the estimate. But I had learned that the fence companies will only fix your fence if they were the ones who originally installed it, and Bruce Fence had put up my fence 10 years earlier. But when I talked with Jason a week later about scheduling the repair, it became obvious that he got the estimate wrong. Apparently he thought the fence panel only needed to be reset, when in fact it was broken and needed to be replaced. Jason asked me to send over a picture. I couldn't believe we were starting the whole "estimate" process again, and it was at that point that I knew I needed to find somebody else to do the work.

Very professional, offered ideas to potential problems. Overall very responsible.

Bruce Fence did what they said they would do, showed up with the right equipment to do the job, did it in one day and they made sure everything was finished properly. I would definitely recommend them. The pricing is very fair.

Our 25 section stockade fence needed replacing. We got quotes from the top 3 providers from this site. All three were highly rated so it came down to price and Bruce was about 10% lower than the other two. We had some miscommunications due to an illness from the salesman but they were more than fair about everything. There was a minor mistake in the measuring, which related to the illness and a second person performing the measurements. They ate the cost after we grumbled a little bit. The installation was quick and the fence looks great. It was not an easy job as we are on clay and the ground was very wet. The installers were well mannered and professional in answering all of our questions. They left the property in as good a condition as was possible. I would highly recommend Bruce Fence Company.

I think they did a good job and it looks good. It's held up well. We chose them out of two other estimates. They not only had good materials but it was good cost. I didn't have to call them back. They set up an appointment and kept the appointment. They told us how long it would take to do it and they were right up to that. They were here for the number of hours they had said. If I needed to do something different, I would call them.

They installed the fences that I had. They are professional, prompt with the estimate, and I have not had any issues with them. A tree fell on it, so it wasn't because it was rotting or anything.

As I stated above, this was a very easy transaction from beginning to end. Everyone from office personnel to the installers were delightful to deal with.

They were good. I was very happy with their work. They were very flexible to work with. There was some tricky problem about maximizing the space but they came out with some clever solutions and we were very happy with that. I would rate them high overall. Their price was average. I would use them again in the future.

They were timely, prompt. They were reasonably priced. The workmen were friendly and capable.
