He was flexible, efficient, & able to work around our schedules and kept us abreast of progress & included us in decision-making based on our desires. He reacted well to additional requests & tweaks that we added during the project. He held his team to a high standard & work ethic. They were there when they said they would be, worked all day & left the workspace clean & orderly when they were finished.
