Home Building
They are very pleasant, amiable and very easy to deal with. Financing was easy with them. You do not need a construction loan. You put down 10% and then nothing else until the end. We are in upstate NY and during the coldest months the heat bill was $187.00. I used the pay $400 in our other house. This is due to the high quality of insulation they use. All of the materials such as the furnace, hot water heater and everything else are done to code. They do not nickel and dime you for other things like outlets, etc. If you want to limit your costs a little you can. We saved $5000.00 by doing our own interior painting. If there are any issues or problems they come and fix them with no questions. They are very pleasant and amiable about this. All of their subcontractors are very pleasant and easy to deal with. They will be putting in a patio for us in the future.
