Bob Snyder and his team did a very thorough job and aptly pointed us issues that we could address with our seller appropriately. They braved severe cold to do the inspection on the stipulated date and also came back another day to inspect the roof because of snow cover on the original inspection date. On the second day too, it rained, and Bob still went up the roof and conducted the inspection. The inspection report was thorough and detailed with pictures and advisories, and provided necessary insight into the big-ticket items. I will recommend the Snyders.

Would highly recommend their services. They were thorough beyond my expectations. They took their time checked every inch of our new house. The attention to detail that they bring along with their professionalism is important in home inspection and really appreciated. The final report had detailed descriptions and photos to help us really understand the issues and get the seller to help with costs of repairs. I will use them and only them if I ever need a home inspection again. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Good thorough evaluation but was expecting a follow up conversation about an issue he was going to get more info on. Overall excellent work.

We used them for two houses and they did a great job. Because they identified mold in the first house, we were able to avoid purchasing a house that could have posed a health risk. We did not notice the mold prior to their inspection.

Bill and his wife were extremely thorough with their inspection, and very pleasant to talk to! They had the report to us a few days later and it was very informative.
