guy who showed up came in. I showed him the area we wanted fence installed. He measured and left. Not much conversation was required but he never questioned any of my plans or ideas either. He simply measured and left more or less. We had a quote from them the next day or that evening if I remember correctly.

They gave me a date, rained that day so rescheduled to next week. They showed up on time, went to work and had the fence up within a few hours and I am pleased with the results.

It went very well. We have no complaints. We've used Siena in the past and would use them again. The fence they replaced was installed many years ago by a former owner and the posts had rotted out.

It went great and they had it done in less then an hour. They had to do some custom fitting to make sure everything lined up properly. They showed up on time and didn't leave any mess behind.

Siena Fencing was excellent to work with. The process was clear, they provided the style we wanted for our yard and were able to schedule the work sooner than originally expected. The installers were punctual, professional and completed all work in one day to our immense satisfaction. It went better than I imagined. The crew was prompt, and went right to work. They were done in 41/2 hours. The work site was clean, and no debris was left behind. They were very professional and I highly recommend this company!

Sub contracted out, was informed by the sub that he hated Vinyl fencing. Fence looks great, but allot of the panels were installed upside down which causes the fence to sag. Called they came back and fixed a few panels. I called again and got lip service that they would come back. Still waiting after a year. My gate broke and I called they said they will be over but they need to take it somewhere to be repaired. That was last year. Still waiting. Service after sale is BAD. Cost me $400 + to get my gate repaired. Which was needed but was disheartening was per the service man my fence will need to be replaced in 5 years due to the sagging.He did offer me a temp solution of putting blocks under the bottom to raise the panels up which I do appreciate but when I bought the fence I was hoping for 20 maybe 30 years due to the cost, Please make sure your fence has a steel bottom rail. mine does not, or you will be in the same predicament I am in after less than 10 years.

The planning and layout went well. The installed product was good, but Installation was quite bad. My calls for follow up seem to have been ignored. The installation crew was very unprofessional. Installation required digging post holes. Excess dirt from the holes was heaped up in various locations and left. Also, dirt was thrown under bushes near the house apparently to hide it. None of this was reviewed before or during installation. Also, without permission, trucks were driven on the yard leaving several deep tire marks and dead grass. The finished installation was okay with the exception of the gates. There are two gates in the fence. Neither gate worked properly after installation. Upon completion I immediately called to express dissatisfaction with the installation process. Two people did show up the next day to look at the situation. They took some pictures but said little and did nothing. A day after that. a small crew returned to apparently address the issues, but it is not clear what they did, if anything. The gates still do not work and several calls about them have been ignored.

The job went very well. Siena Fence was punctual and professional, charged me the initial quote that was agreed to. I was very happy with their service.

Siena fence came on the agreed upon date, nice and early, and got right to work. We had just moved in and our neighbor asked that if we wanted to hook onto his fence, that his fence line be moved over to the property line (their fence had been installed a few feet inside their property line.) Rather than having to put in a whole separate line of fence, Siena happily agreed to move his fence over - and it was significantly less money than a whole new section of fence! The Siena folks worked non stop on that hot day, navigating several trees and slopes and did an outstanding job! I thought this would take at least two days and they were out of our yard before business ended that day. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone - super easy to work with (my husband was out there talking, navigating, etc) and did an outstanding job. When finished, not only did they do a final walk around to ensure each cap was on and painted the correct color, they cleaned up so well we barely knew they were there. Great folks to work with!

It's very expensive to install a fence with any company, so you want it to be perfect and want to be treated well. The service we received from Siena Fence was well worth the money spent. From start to finish, from office staff to the owners to the installation team, they were prompt, responsive, and professional with their quotes, ordering of materials, and time frame estimates. We lost one scheduled appointment due to rain, but they showed up promptly on the rescheduled day and worked steadily all day long. Given the amount of digging, the lawn was relatively undisturbed and the finished product is excellent. We're so happy to have our fence installed, have confidence in the quality of the materials and installation and would highly recommend Siena Fence.

I actually had a chain link fence so they came, they cleared that out and hauled that away too, and then installed the fence and the gates and they even came back and made adjustments afterwards because they mentioned that some of the holes had settled. I loved what they did. It was amazing that they were able to complete the work within one day. They had actually made a mistake with the gates that they had ordered, so they came out the next day to install new gates. They're very thorough, very friendly, cleaned up after themselves and removed the other fence as well as some brush that had grown into the chain link fence.

The crew was slightly delayed arriving, but once they arrived they worked steadily and diligently. The old dilapidated fence was taken down and hauled away, and a new vinyl fence installed in one day. There was a minor issue with the fence not being "level" on one side. When this was brought to the attention of the manager, somebody came out within a couple of days and the problem was rectified to our satisfaction. Siena Fence does quality work, even though their price may be slightly higher than that of competitors. They will install a fence that has great curb appeal and really "dresses up" the property. My only complaint is not with Siena Fence. Rather, it is the manufacturer's design of the gate locks that leaves something to be desired, as they are kind of "flimsy."

Excellent company! workers ask before and during job what the project includes and before they leave they go over ANY and all issues if there are any. I would highly recommend this company and its excellent workers that actually "like" the job they have. A welcomed pleasure to see!

I'm sure they would have provided the necessary materials and services. The main reason we did not select them (and they were the lowest quote) was bec we had to call them for the quote. .

I went to their location and Kelly helped me to decide which style fence I would go with. They were right in the busy time of the season, but even so they were able to get the panels assembled and the posts cut (they assemble all the panels themselves and custom cut the posts with whatever post-top design you choose from their options) in two weeks time. The quality is second to none. The difference between their fence panels and posts as compared to the cheap stuff that you find in the big box stores is night and day. I installed the fence myself with no issues, everything lined up as expected. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to replace / upgrade fencing for their home. (They also do installation, but I decided to save some money on labor by installing it myself.)

Company was punctual, did job at quoted price and did a fine job. My only regret is that I bought the "utility" grade cedar fencing, and it has many knots, and after only a few months, many of them are already falling out. I have seen what is called utility grade cedar fencing at lumber yards, and that fencing looked better than what this company used. Overall I was very satisfied though.

I received an in person estimate from the company representative. This person was informative, professional and answered all my questions. I subsequently did hire them to put in a wood post and rail fence with a gate. The installation took place on the scheduled day and was completed in that one day. I was very please with the finished fence and gate, as well as the professionalism of the installers. Good job Siena Fence Company!
