Ramiro came on time assessed and completed the project without a couple hours by himself. He did a great job, was informative, and cleaned up after himself as he went. We are grateful for the fast service which prevented major plumbing problems.

The service man was excellent-professional, clear in explaining the problem and the cost, personable, and honest. The cost was more than expected but it had to do with the policies of the company, not the service man. He was worked steadily and charged the companyâ s basic price.

They returned my call promptly and showed up with a couple of hours. Explained what they would do and gave me a good estimate before they started and completed the clearing of my clogged drain line. Very pleased with the way things turned out and would recommend them to friends.

This company was able to come out the very day I had an issue. They were prompt and courteous. They tried really hard to clear my sewage line. Unfortunately, his drill bit broke and he was unable to get my drain clear. It is a 180 year old house so who knows what is blocking the drain. They recommended four companies immediately to help. I cannot thank this company enough for their kindness and prompt service. I highly recommend this company.

The technician was Excellent. But The price they charge is ridiculous. 250 to snake a small bathroom sink is over the top. I really think these plumbers are charging outrageous prices to make up for losses due to the dumb virus. The job should have been no more than 175.00 not $321.00.

Project: clearing a sewer line. Fast response and excellent customer service. The guy did a great job thoroughly explaining what needed to be done and completing the work in a professional manner . He obviously knew what he was doing and how to communicate with customers.

Rather expensive but by far the most professional plumbing job I have had done. I was very upfront and specific about my paricular concerns about clearing my line and my comments were noted and passed onto the owner who very thoroughly answered all of my questions after I had already made an appointment. My drain was completely cleared out and I was shown a video of the pipe with points of concern about damaged pipes.

David was very professional and had a nice demeanor that made a bad occurrence a bit easier to take.

I couldn t believe how easy it was to make the appointment and how quickly they came and did the job. Can t recommend using home advisor or this plumber highly enough.

My kitchen sink backed up on Christmas Eve... plunging and clog solutions did NOT work. The day after Christmas, Rooter-Man was the only vendor who was able to send a technician. He showed up on time and determined that the clog was in a second trap way down the pipe in the basement. He was able to remove this vestige from a century ago, and replaced it with a new, straight PVC pipe section to prevent any future clogs. He also reconfigured the old elongated trap under the kitchen sink for better flow. I'm extremely satisfied with the work that he did to solve the problem and get my kitchen back to normal!

I had an urgent waste pipe clog. The office was able to send their tech Bill to me on short notice. He not only cleaned the clog, but helped me understand how to avoid issues in the future. When a second issue popped up a few days later, they took care of it. The office was prompt and helpful, calling a few days later to make sure everything was right. Best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company.

Very, very overpriced. In retrospect, I should have considered other quotes, but I was eager to get this simple kitchen clog cleared. Almost $350 for a 15 minute job.

More than I expected to pay for the services required. To come out to the middle of Albany and snake a shower drain was $322.00. Since my main concern was the toilet, he did snake it for free to prove that there were no issues which made me more accepting of the final bill.

Prompt service. Very professional and friendly. Bill cleaned up his work area and left as if he had never been there, except now I no longer have a plumbing problem!

This company would not give me a ball park estimate up front even though I gave them explicit details of what needed to be done. They charged me $49 to show up and then an extra $150 to cut open the wall to see the problem I already told them about. They had to go out and get parts after telling me the bill would be an additional $1,365 to do. I had little choice since the cut a large opening in my walls and left me hanging. The guy was gone for 3 hours to get parts! When he came back, he took an additional 6 hours to complete this job. They really needed 2 people to do parts of this job and I had to help the guy complete the job. The office was terrible to communicate with and calls went to an answering service. There was no way to call the worker directly as they have their calls blocked so communication with the company is through a third party. The work was finally complete, but done very unprofessionally and extremely overpriced. DO NOT USE ROOTER-MAN - THE COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!!!
