The company completed the task but they are very expensive -beware!! I called regarding a leaking faucet in my kitchen and my dishwasher wasn't working. The total cost of the work was $470 (incl. tax). The charged me $49 for the call out, $295 for the work on the faucet and $100 to check if there was water going to my dishwasher, which in my opinion is completely ridiculous! It was clear from the moment Tim stepped into my house that he was going to fleece me as when I explained what the issue was he replied that if it's what I think it is, it's going to cost you $100 and it will take me 2 seconds... like what? Needless to say he was wrong and it was an issue with the faucet cartridge, which he replaced at an astonishing $295. Regarding the dishwasher, I had concerns it wasn't getting water and all he did was take the pipe off, turn the water on and explain it was getting water and must be an appliance issue (and that just cost you $100). What made the whole experience worse is that after fleecing me $470 he have me a $1.50 bag of candy and said "here's something to sweeten your day"???? What you mean, after you just left a horrible taste in it???

Work was done well. Checked tub, sink outside pipes etc. Explained everything that might be happening and treatments that I could use to keep things running smoothly. My Rooter Man Bill was very nice I would like him to come back should I have anther problem. Hopefully I won't have to call him. ☎️ My final project was great too, all done.... 😉

I had David come out on a Friday and give me an estimate to snake our main sewer line and balked at the price quoted because the last guy I had come out did it for cheap. I took his estimate and sent him on his way because it wasn't an emergency. I hired another individual to jet the line but they hit something they couldn't get past. Turns out we have bigger problems with our main line. By Monday it was getting to be an emergency. I called Rooter-Man back and they sent David out again and I had him snake the line and run a camera down it to see what the problem is. He was super helpful and even gave us a discount because I had cleared out a nice work area for him. We got a good idea of what was wrong with the line based on his camera and he explained it all to me while i videoed his camera display so I can take that to the offending companies and get them to fix what they screwed up in the first place. Might be a bit more expensive than what I was expecting but if I'd just had Dave do the snaking and cameraing in the first place it would have saved me a wasted $500 jetting, shown me the real issue with the sewer line, and an entire weekend of stress over what's wrong with the main sewer line.

While the price wasnt as low as I was hoping it'd be, you get what you pay for. Bill came out and did an AMAZING job. He explained everything that I could possibly need to know, about the job and other possible jobs. The issue was resolved within an hour and I would highly reccommend Bill and Rooter-Man for anyone looking to get a job done the right way.

Rooter-Man will get the job done, but will charge (a ridiculous price)3x the average plumber will quote you on. $735.00 for a clogg

It was an emergency and had to be done asap. He arrived before expected, got it done well & also trained a future great plumber at the same time! Ok by me! Pleased & no complaints!

After an inspection of the "no hot water" problem the results were an easy fix. It only required a relighting of the pilot light. Tim of Rooter-Man instructed me on how to check and relight it and did a through inspection. Very pleased that it did not require repairs of replacement.

They came about 8 PM, after what must have been a very long day. They were very pleasant and went to work quickly clearing the main drain out of our house. Work is guaranteed for 90 days. We are very satisfied.

replaced a 6 inch piece of pipe (leaking) from kitchen sink / dishwasher in basement. VERY EXPENSIVE!! Rec'd "Work owed paperwork" no itemized bill. For the time it took to complete work start to finish including estimate 45 minutes. Time to complete job vs money paid way out of line?

Excellent, professional service. Service man was courteous and got the job done. Even brought candy and treats for my dog. Can't get better than that! I thought the price was a little high but I needed to get the job done.
