The technician did an excellent job with our plumbing situation and had a nice personality........However, and this is no reflection on the technician, but I thought the price for doing the work was quite high.....but I needed the job done quickly.....

He broke things. Broke the snake, two shut off valves, and a pipe. He said the pipe is corroded, it was a compression fitting, so while water was spraying under my sink, he said I needed a master plumber and left.

The company called within minutes of my request in Service Magic. They said they could be there within the same day. My Rooter-Man Marty clearly knew what he was doing. On time. We were moving things around the house, and he was kind enough to work around some of our things getting his heavy equipment in. He worked in a very timely manner, showed me the camera of the pipes to inform me of the problems, and some things we could do to make it better. The candy and magnet he gave us at the end was a nice touch! Pricing wasn't bad either, it was very similar to another plumber I had used two years ago for the same job.

Arrived on schedule. Gave extra feedback on keeping drain clean. They even called the next day to make sure everything was still ok!

The plumbing technician was on-time, courteous and very professional. He gave me a few different options for my specific needs too. After snaking and jetting the pipes, as well as a bacteria treatment, my pipes are working fine now.

Fast, competent and friendly. I received a call back almost instantly after I had looked at plumbers on line and inquired about sewer problems. They were there within 2 hours and the job was completed that day. It was a messy job but this man was excellent at his work and cleaned it all up and hauled the nasty stuff away.

I had a plumbing problem in my house & my house was flooding, I called Rootar-Man and they listened to what I had to say (calmed me down) told me what to do until they could there.. They arrived at the time they said they would, and was respectful, & extremely professional They went above and beyond what was required, they checked every pipe associated with the problem and didn't leave until everything was properly repaired.. Price: Very reasonable, considering the problem and amount of work associated with the repairs. And "YES" I would highly recommend this service.

Their customer service was excellent and the plumber who arrived to do the job explained everything he did to complete the job. He also discovered and pointed out to me another plumbing issue I didn't even know I had with a sump pump. Their bill was extremely fair, in my opinion, and the estimate of how much the job would cost as well as how long the job would take was very accurate.
