Tim was very professional, he works very efficiently, very sociable and quoted me a very reasonably price, he was very clean, very conscious on cleaning up every mess on the process and was very very professional.

They charge $435 to unclog a kitchen. sink drain. Totally ridiculous price for the service. I am a "loyal" person. I find a business and I stick with it. I own 3 homes and have lots of plumbing issues. I hope the $435 price gouge was worth it as it will be the last $1 they ever get from me. I will NEVER use them again and I hope no one else does either.

Plumber was fast, efficient. Cleaned out main pipe to septic and confirmed septic was in perfect condition. Offered veterans discount. Left area fairly clean.

we had a problem in our downstairs bathroom. Rooter Man Plumbing & Drain was able to respond on the same day, within about two hours from my "Quote Request." Rooter Man cleared my clog and cleaned out the main pipes in less than an hour. A special commendation to Dave for his service and his expertise. He was also able to suggest some other options for a separate project I was considering. Also, Tammy was the most knowledgeable and professional "voice on the phone" I have heard in decades. She was clear and concise in her pitch and scheduling of a service. I haven't had that kind of service since I retired from the military twenty-five years ago.

I didn't have them do any work and can't speak to the quality of their work. I only know they wanted $49 to come for an estimate.

We were impressed that Bill was able to fix our chronic kitchen sink drain problem that others have not been able to solve! He gave us pricing of a few options and explained each one. We would highly recommend and would definitely hire again!

I don't often leave reviews, but I still feel taken advantage of by this company. Let me start by saying that the man who came to my house was very nice, professional, friendly, etc. That was not my issue. My issue is that they charge 49 dollars to come out (fully advertised) but still it puts you in a spot that once they give you a quote you have already "dumped" 49 dollars to get them there so you are more likely to say yes. The guy went down and informed me he had to cut through the drywall to get to the pipe, which I knew. I didn't have the right tool to do it and they came quickly. I figured how much could it cost to cut a 3x3 foot hole in my wall? Well, I found out. He quoted me 150.00 dollars. I knew that was a lot, but he said he was going to bill for 3/4 of an hour (45mins), but assured me it would "not take that long." I went down to the basement to watch and it took about 3 minutes. So here I was at 200.00 dollars and all that had actually been accomplished was a hole in my wall. He then quoted me the job and it was an additional 355.00 dollars. This is when I said "thanks, but no thanks." I tried to give a coupon of 25 dollars off "service," but was informed that he didn't actually perform a service. I guess charging me 150 dollars to cut drywall isn't considered a service. So 200.00+ dollars later I was left with a 3x3 hole in my drywall and had to call another plumber to finish the job (for half the price). Friendly service, prompt service, but couldn't help but feel I had been taken for a ride.

The company was very responsive. They returned the call quickly and arrived on time. The plumber they sent was friendly and experienced. He laid out the options and cost to repair and replace the toilet. He did a good job. I agreed to have the toilet flange and shut off valve replaced as well - the plumber did a good job he worked quickly and I am glad to have the job done. However, when he was done he said I forgot to tell you we do not take the old toilet away - this would have influenced my decision to replace rather than repair. Also, my sink is still leaking he said he didn’t carry the faucet size and did not want to get into this because it was old. Also the price was very high - I don’t know if this is typical - but I wish I shopped around.

The services were professionally performed. I believe the total price was high, given that both tasks were accomplished in one reasonably short visit, but I believe what I paid is the going rate.

The plumber was very nice but the charge for a simple repair was ridiculous. Physicians don’t charge this much!

My Father's toilet wasn't working properly. I contacted Rooter Man yesterday and David R was able to come this morning. He was friendly and professional. He installed a new toilet after clearly explaining all of our options and costs. This is the second time we used Rooter Man's services (Bill was the first technician who helped unclog a kitchen drain). I highly recommend them.

It was AWESOME! I was able to make an immediate appointment. Bill C. let me know he was coming. He was on time, so friendly, solved the problem and even cleaned up the disgusingness! I would totally call them again!

Called in the morning with a badly clogged drain from an accidental spill of something that should never go down the drain. They were able to send someone that day. David was professional and very friendly. He got us out of a real mess. Would definitely use them again.

It was labor day and I was trying to get a plumber to help unclog my sewer line. Most of the places I called were telling me it would be 6 or 7 hours. When I called Rooter Man they told me it would be an hour. When Bill arrived he was courteous and considerate. He explained what he was doing, as he was doing it, and made sure I understood the costs before beginning the work. Bill was patient with my questions and very friendly. He fixed the clog, explained why it occurred, offered advice on how to prevent it from happening in the future and recommended some contractors that I could use for the longer term fix he recommended. Basically took a bad day and made it much better. I highly recommend Rooter Man.

After $1,000 I still don't have good water pressure. Waaaay too expensive.

When I called to schedule the appointment I was informed the service call was $49 and the tech would give me a price once the issue was assessed. The tech determined that the wall arm (a piece of PVC with a 90 degree bend in it, about 8 inches long) had been cut too short by the original installer and needed to be replaced. He then informed me that the cost would be $210 even though it was a very minor job and that he had no latitude to adjust the price. It was set by the office. He did waive the $49 service call fee but I was out $210 for a repair that took less than 10 minutes and needed a $3 piece of PVC. Very disappointing! Beware - this is a franchise.

It did not go well. I paid almost $160.00 and Rooter Man left without repairing the problem. I live in a double-wide, where all piping is accessible above ground, however, the repair technician was prohibited by company policy from going under the skirting that borders the home. I was not told this in advance when scheduling the service at 8:30 AM, or I would have looked for help elsewhere. By the time the technician arrived and informed me, it was mid-afternoon and my options for getting it fixed that day were virtually over. Hoping the technician might still be able to remedy the problem, I authorized him to do the work. When he told me he couldn't fix the problem, I was not happy, even though he discounted the bill. Paying nearly $160 for zero results left me unhappy. Given the situation, a fairer option would have been to charge me for the $50 service fee. Not informing me about their policies, put me in a position where I waited all day to find out a crucial detail which cost me over $100.

Problems were accessed and fixed in very little time the same day I called. Another plumbing and heating company told us they could get to us in a week.

Excellent!! I usually don't do reviews but this one needs to be written. From my first contact with Tammy to my paying the invoice, this is a company with employees that care about their customers and care about doing a good job. Even though we were not able to determine the exact source of the issue Bill took the time to explore and assess all areas and options and offered a few things to try before I move on to more costly remedies. I would most definitely would recommend them and will surely call them again if any other plumbing issues arise. A++ Customer Service.
