Rooter Man Plumbing & Drain

I called (I have these guys on speed dial since I use them for all my plumbing needs) and Tammy asked "how can we save your day?" I asked for Tim to come by and fix my woes. As this was not an emergency, ( and in the past they have responded very fast to my emergencies), I asked for a specific day at a specific time and as usual, Tim was there. After listening to my description of what I thought the problem might be, he did some quick checking and gave he his diagnosis. Since he was here, I asked for a new shutoff valve in my bathroom area. A previous plumber had removed it original when the bathroom was remodeled (years ago). After a written estimate Tim completed the work. The work was not a new drain system (which was my thought), but rather just a snaking out of the line. Some 20 feet down was a collection of hair and lint (maybe some food by-products too). Apparently not a big enough blockage to clog the drain, just big enough to slow it down to where it could back up (as it did). Tim installed a new shut off valve as well. Bottom line, when Tim left all was good. Shut of valve works, no leaks and two large wash loads back to back flowed freely. Sincere thank you.

Process went smoothly...was a little surprised at cost...higher than expected, but it was for my commercial building not private residence

I am a new homeowner and I noticed something was leaking. Of course I read about the issue on google and logically assumed that my water tank was either destined to empty any day or simply explode (maybe I over reacted). Tammy did everything she could to make sure that we could get a plumber to my home. I even had to reschedule, twice, due to unexpected conflicts. She was warm, understanding, and eased all of my worries. Tim was a breath of fresh air. Not only did he easily fix my issue, but he also informed me of other possible home improvement projects that I could take care of in the future. As a new home owner it's pretty stressful to not know if everything is up to code, etc. He reassured me that most everything looked safe and working just right. He was a plethora of knowledge and wisdom. I would definitely call Tammy and Tim again! Thank you, Tammy and Tim!

Service was prompt and courteous! Explained what to do if problem occurred again as well as a longer term solution if it happened often. Also cut some of the tail off the sink drain to make the flow better (downhill) with no additional charge.

It was good, they did the job. It took them 30-45 minutes. The price was too much, that was all, but the job they did right.

Tammy, who received our initial call, was a pleasure to speak with. Bill arrived in a timely manner, and even greeted our puppy in a friendly way! We were given a free estimate and received three referrals with a detailed description of the work needed to be done as it would involve another company. I was especially grateful as I called a referral, I could give exact information. We will use Rooter-Man Co. in the future if needed!

They do not provide 24/7 service as their website advertises for overflowing toilets.

Tim is a master plumber with the gift of being able to explain to a nervous client what it is he's going to do, in language the client can understand. He also understood my need to do a little research before approving the job, and kindly gave me the space to make a few phone calls. This washer-discharge-problem has been giving us grief and costing us money for YEARS. Tim was the only plumber who told us that the washer should be up on a platform in order to get the requisite 36" inch angle on the discharge flow correct. Amazing. The price I paid was well worth the service I got. I was also impressed with the management of the company. I talked to no fewer than 3 people who got the job going and scheduled it with the right person and with enough flexibility to accommodate my full-time job. Again, amazing. I am very grateful for this kind of professionalism, punctuality, and experience, because I think I've been taken advantage of by service people for years. I highly recommend this company, and particularly Tim, for any plumbing job you have.

They asked a few questions and then stopped responding to my messages and never setup a time to come and do an estimate. I would have appreciated a message at the very least saying they weren't interested.

Excellent. Fastest response time ever for a plumber. I called and he arrived within an hour. He was courteous, punctual and professional. The work was performed quickly. They seem a bit more costly than some other plumbers but the response time is well worth it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called the office and the staff was helpful and we got an appt. for the following morning. Bill C arrive promptly and was very professional. He explained what he would need to do diagnostically and the cost involved. Once he found the problem, he was able to fix it quickly and left the job site immaculate. I very much appreciate his work and him explaining the process to me so I could understand what was going on. Bill was friendly and very helpful.

Bill C. Was at my house within an hour and fixed my drain. Was very courteous, a Navy Veteran (Corpsman) and I a Marine so we hit it off pretty good. Glad to see Vets employed and continuing to do great things. Will use Bill exclusively for plumbing needs from now on. Great company.

It didn't go. I would not pay 399 dollars for a 30 minute job. I got someone else for a quarter of the price.

Friendly, talkative, but not well organized. Charged a lot for removing and replacing diverter with no improvement. 2 fill valves replaced neither completely working. Added costs for parts I'm not sure were needed. Stopped him before doing more in 3 bathroom, because costs kept rising. Found puddle under 2nd toilet after he left. No direct contact number will have to call service, but I know he went out of town.

They responded to the call promptly. Dave was a very competent and professional technician. He tried to just snake the drain, but found that it did not relieve the issue. He then found the clog at the street end of the house trap, cleared it and inspected the mainline with the camera. All issues were taken care of.

Tim was very nice and explained everything and fixed everything in a couple hours. It was expensive but the work was good.

I need additional repairs for the curb box, main water line and sewer line that was outside the scope of this Rooter-Man. Rather than have me pay for repairs that would be undone when the contractor did the other work, Tim told me what repair he could do while I waited for the contractor that would not simply be replaced. He provided good service and helped me avoid paying for something that would be replaced in a matter of days.
