Description of Work: Installed a owner provided new one handle shower & tub handle, behind the wall valve, shower head, spout & drain. Work went fine. Labor is a bit pricey, but have used them before so I was confident of the work quality.

Description of Work: Sewer line was backed up; line was cleared in about 2 hours and the representative spent extra time explaining what he encountered when snaking the line and offering suggestions on next steps. Provided us with the names of two excavators (called both and had a visit and estimate on the next business day(Mon). Some confusion regarding the quote rec'd over the phone and the actual bill after work was completed but the company called back a week later and agreed to a credit of $65 after consulting his staff. Impressed with their professionalism and willingness to assist us in finding a long term solution.

Description of Work: I had a leaking toilet from the water inflow valve or piping. I paid to have a new flexible pipe installed. Since that was done the overall flushing of the toilet improved immensely. Better water pressure thru the flexible hose than the old metal pipe. I only gave a B for pricing because it seemed like a lot of money at the time but I have had no issues since he was here.

They were prompt about when they said they would come. They did what we asked them to do. There was a little bit of an issue which was not necessarily their problem but he fixed it. They did a good job in resolving the issue.

The worst thing could have happened to us when it comes to plumbing and an old house - and on a holiday weekend too. I found their name on Angies List and Paul answered my call immediately. I called them on Saturday (the day before Easter) and the guys came out the same day and worked until they could get us up and running. Then came back on Monday to finish the job...that took another 6 hours. We had a mess but were really happy, considering the cirucumstances, to have found a company that could handle the challenge. The guys, Tim & Marty, found all the problem pipes, the results of the cold frozen weather. We really appreciated the quick response and the ability to recognized all the isses involved.
Description of Work: Primed the well pump, replaced the motor for the well pump, repaired all broken lines (20) and replaced our water heater with new connections and replaced the water filter. Added some safe guards to make it a little easier to remove water from the pipes.

My husband was in the basement looking for Christmas decorations and I was upstairs washing clothes. He yelled to me to turn off the washer that there was a leak. He tried to snake the pipe and thought he had taken care of it but it continued to leak. I went on Angie's List and I also remembered that our neighbor had contacted Rooter-Man. Our neighbor's were very happy with them and how professional they were and there price was excellent. When I called I spoke to the receptionist who was such a big help. She got me the information I needed and had scheduled an appointment for 9:00am the next day. The whole team was above and beyond what we expected. Thank you Angie's List Andrea & Anthony F

We were very pleased with Rooter Man's service. We had a very significant leak in our shower and were not sure where the water was coming from. Their plumber came and was able to quickly identify the problem--one of the plates on the shower wall needed to be sealed. We haven't had any leaking since and it?s been a couple of months now. What's better is that Rooter Man only charged us for one hour of labor and no other fees to show up, etc. And they didn't push to sell us any other hardware or services. Their plumber was professional, pleasant, and easy to do business with.
