+ -1 moreJoel is a professional, through and through. Does his job, never complains, and gives solid advice. There were times he could have said "enough is enough" but never did, and was always helpful with his opinions and advice. We have recommended Joel to all of our friends, and will continue to do so. Though we don't anticipate ever leaving our current house, Joel would be the first call if we did.
Description of Work: He was our real estate agent to buy our first house, sell said house and buy our second. He also, in the 10 years in between, accompanied us on many journeys to see houses we found as we considered at various times to buy new vs. renovate existing.

Excellent. He sold our house (in three weeks) and helped us buy our new home coordinating both of our closings simultaneously When the inspection of the house we were selling noted a window jam needed fixing Joel returned and fixed it himself. So impressed with Joel's professionalism and attention to detail have our daughter working with him to find her first home
