After a recent storm, we had a huge 60 foot limb break off an Oak tree which totaled 1 side of a Maple tree. A co-worker suggested Moore's the next day talking about what a great job they did for them. I hadn't received any callbacks that first day so tried Moore's. Keith came out that same day we called and gave us a great quote on the issue at hand and some other trees. We got 2 quotes-things we wanted done now and 4 large trees we may remove later. We did get 3 other quotes from other businesses (1 was just a tree guy that left a business card for us after driving by and seeing our mess). Two other quotes were more than double both of Moore's quotes. The last was comparable, but we went with Moore's who said they'd make a point of fitting us in quickly. That they did! Came with a crew of at least 5 guys and had it done in no time. We realized after that we should remove 1 more stump that was in a bed of pachysandra after they had packed up as it was more noticeable than we expected. Keith was getting to next job but said he'd come back in a few weeks for almost nothing more. Overall, couldn't be 'Moore' pleased! Excellent!!

Moore's was prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Keith came out quickly after our call then gave an estimate that was fair and very reasonable based on other quotes we had been given. After we accepted the quote he provided us a date of service and then he and his team of workers showed up on time and on the date scheduled. The work that needed to be done required a highly skilled team of workers, as the area that needed to be accessed was difficult to reach. Overall, they were wonderful to work with and we look forward to using them again in the future when the need arises. We highly recommend them.

When they removed the tree last year they were very good. When it came to coming back to remove additional roots, they were not good at all.

Very enthusiastic in trimming our trees, a little bit more than we thought we agreed. Staff are not very conscientious. They were ready to leave, even though they left half the wood uncut for firewood and one the work area was not clean up. I had to remind them before they fixed them.

Keith and team were professional, arrived on time and on schedule and the price was competitive with other service providers.

Keith gave us the estimate and was able to have our work done 3 days later. Keith was very professional, showed up for the estimate when he said he would and responded to all our calls in a timely fashion. Keith was on the job the entire time. I was worried about the truck making indents in the lawn but he used mats and not one mark was on our lawn at the end of the day. All the smaller branches were chipped and taken away. We also had the stumps of the 2 largest trees ground down and he left plenty of firewood cut into 16" pieces for us. The men raked the lawn and street, and took away all the debris. They showed up at 7 am and were done by noon. We will definitely use him again and have already given his name to 2 other interested parties.

completely awesome! I will always hire moore's for future trees. keith came out to quote promptly and ended up being able to fit us in 1 week earlier than planned. the guy that took down the big oak was clearly a certified arborist. it took over an hour as they carefully took branches down and climbed basically to the top of the tree to minimize any of the tree falling on the house or deck. then they chipped all the wood at no extra cost! they were very neat and careful so our yard looked great when they were done. they had to return on monday to grind the stumps and on monday morn they were here at 7am to get it done! these guys are true professionals and very impressive. plus they are very pleasant to work with. btw they were the least expensive of the 3 quotes i received. they charged the least for stump grinding as well. i've used other tree services before but moore's is the best by far!

Went GREAT. Moore's Crew showed up first thing in the morning and worked non-stop until the Job was done. Outside of the trees and limbs missing there was no evidence that they were there. Very clean removal, no marks on the lawn or leftover debris.

Mr. Moore set a date and time to come to the house to give an estimate. He was professional and punctual. It was pouring rain and he proceeded to complete the estimate anyway. Two 80 foot pine trees were approximately 5 feet from the house. His estimate included cutting the trees, clean-up and grinding the stumps. When I accepted his offer, he set the date and first thing in the morning on that date he arrived with his crew. They began work immediately, and were careful not to damage the house or the water pipe in front of the house. They completed their work in approximately 1 1/2 hours. They were extremely efficient and did a great job.
