Description of Work: Provider did not show or call on day of first appointment. Did not show for second |appointment until called. Did not provide any of the services outlined other than a |cursory visual inspection. He provided an opinion on how to correct a foundation leak and recommended a mason. We hired the mason who was very professional to do recommended work. However, the leak remains with no improvement.

Description of Work: They repaired 3 large cracks in the front interior basement wall using their carbon fiber strapping system. Everything went as planned. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and some other issues I was having in the basement. They were responsive, timely, and very knowledgeable about all things basement repair. I would highly recommend and would use again should I have issues in the future.
