 + -1 moreI called Mike no less than 3 times. He kept saying he was interested, but never produced an estimate. I get so tired of wasting my time with contractors who don't follow through. I certainly don't mind a contractor saying he is too busy at the moment to take on another job. But far too many of them, in my experience, have been unprofessional and have wasted my time. Mike is in that category.
Description of Work: I called Mike Kimmey based on a recommondation from a friend. Mike came out to look at my bathroom and said he would follow up with a written estimate.

 + -1 moreThe Kimmey Construction family actually built our home in 1997. 13 years later we needed a reliable renovation and upgrade to our home. I had forgotten just how good the Kimmey's were. The very best communication, timely and consistently exceeded our expectations. More important is that you can feel very comfortable with the Kimmey's being in your home when your not there. EXTREMELY trustworthy....I call them our Holmes-on-Homes crew...if your familiar witht the home renovation TV program series. These guys are not just homebuilders or remodelers....they are craftsman. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We have worked with a lot of contractors. The Kimmey's are hands-on professionals. Not sub-contractors.......it makes a difference!!
