 + -1 moreHE'LL POINT OUT ALL THE PROBLEM AREAS THAT I SHOULD BE AWARE OF. IF I TAKE A SEASON CONTRACT THEN HE'LL COME OVER AND TAKE CARE OF ANY PROBLEM. I CALLED SEVERAL EXTERMINATORS AND THEY GAVE ME A PRICE WHICH WAS PRETTY EXORBITANT AND IF THEY HAD TO COME BACK, THEY WOULD CHARGE EXTRA. MY GUY WILL SPRAY THREE TIMES FOR THE SEASON PRICE. I CAN CALL HIM FOR ONE TIME DEALS IF I WANT.
Description of Work: HE SPRAYS PROBLEM AREAS. HE SPRAYED THE ENTIRE PERIMETER. HE DID THE LOWER LEVEL AND THEN ALL THE WINDOWS.
