Erik came well prepared for the work to be done. He was super helpful and informative about what needed to be fixed and why.

Erik arrived as scheduled with replacement fan in hand. He was both friendly and professional. He had the old fan out and the new fan installed in about 1/2 an hour. No mess left behind. The new fan worked as expected and we were quite satisfied.

The fan installation took about an hour and created no mess. The fan looks and works as expected. We had tentatively planned for Erik to perform the installation as his second job on the previous Saturday. However, his first job of the day ran long. It took a couple of days for him to get back to us to reschedule. For this reason we rated him a B instead of an A for and quot;responsivenessand quot; and and quot;punctualityand quot;. In spite of the scheduling hiccup, our overall experience was very positive and we would hire Erik again for additional electrical work.

He was really good. He is very familiar with houses built by Van Patten. He is very personable. He is very knowledgeable. He was not pushy. He was not expensive. He wanted to know all my concerns. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. He gave me piece of mind.
