+ -1 moreIt went very well. Carr was supposed to show up between 8am and 9am. He showed up at 8:25. He installed three toilets. He was done by 11am, so it took him 2 and a half hours.
Description of Work: I bought toilets from Lowe's and Carr installed them. He is extremely personable. He came on time and was very efficient. He was very careful not to make a mess. He put the old toilets in trash bags so they did not leak on my carpet. He wanted to make sure everything was in order. He flushed the toilets several times to make sure there were no leaks. He plunged out the lines to make sure they were clear. Carr is excellent. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

+ -1 moreWell I mean the first dishwasher was damaged from heat or something and they noticed right away. and tried to get it fixed. But we soon found out after two visits (in a very timely mannor) that it was just the dishwasher. So I picked out the one he said was good and he put that one in.
Description of Work: I was having a new dishwasher installed through Lowes and this was the company that came and did it. The Dishwasher did not work. Normally I would be alittle upset but it was not his fault it was a defect and we worked very hard to fix it and explained everything to me. He was very nice and helpful. And now I have a wonderful new dishwasher that works.
