I contacted this company earlier this week and got a call back promptly. Contractor arrived this morning and cleaned and inspected my gutters. There was a plant growing in the gutter drain obstructing the water flow. The contractor worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely hire them again.

I called Capital gutters and left my name and number. Within two days I received a return phone call and was told the work would be done in about two weeks. I called at the end of the two weeks and they scheduled me right away. Since the area has had significant rainstorms throughout this period, I understood why they had a delay in getting to me. They were quick and efficient when they came, cleaned up the mess and were gone within an hour.

We were happy to find a company to clean our gutters for such a cheap price but you get what you pay for. I came home from work to find my hose laying out in my backyard with a piece missing off the end of the sprayer and the water left on. There was quite a bit of debris left at the end of my gutters and in my garden as well. I called to explain my concern but received one justification after another- that they hauled away 3 garbage bags of debris, our gutters were bigger than the average gutter, that they were not professional landscapers, that if the water was on to the hose it didn't make a difference as long as it wasn't spraying. Great that they took away that many bags of leaves but I am now left with having to buy a new sprayer for the end of my hose and the water coming out of the house will not turn off at all (which it did before), so I am left having to fix something else that worked fine when I left for work. It's great to have standard rates but if the quality is going to suffer because the job is bigger than anticipated, maybe you should see a house and quote a price before doing a job.

Responded quickly to my request for service; showed up when they said they would; worked quickly and finished job in short amount of time; did a good job. But, they used my garden hose, which I don't mind, but neglected to wind it back onto its holder, which I did mind. They left it unraveled on the ground, along with the debris they cleaned from the gutters. I thought they should have done a better job of cleaning up the debris and replacing the hose where/how they found it.

Excellent. Power washed gutters. Removed gutter covers for cleaning and put back. Now draining very well.

They are really good as if there is a repair that is needed, they just do the repair while they are here. The clean up is always done very well as well. I would highly recommend them.

Arrived earlier than expected and finished in a half hour. Work was done promptly, efficiently, and the cleaner was very nice and courteous.
