Capital Gutters

Edie came out and dropped off color samples and provided a quote. After deciding on a color, Edie and Glenn scheduled the work for about 8:30AM today. The guys arrived as scheduled, gave us an overview and started to work. Our entire home was fitted with gutters and down spouts by 11:00AM. The gutters are an exact color match to our fascia. We really like the way the down spouts hug the house all the way to the ground. These guys are hard working down to earth guys that get the job done the right way. We got a quote from a competitor company, and it was about double the Capital Gutter price. We are very very happy with the job.

Called Capital Gutters in the morning and had my call returned within 2 hrs. Was shocked when they said they could stop by in the afternoon. Met the brother of the owner at my house at the agreed upon time and he got right to work. Cleaned up any debris that was on the ground from the gutter cleaning and made sure there was no dirt/debris on the house. Very clean and thorough. Will use again.

I called for estimate on gutter cleaning. Very quick response in returning my call. They were able to clean the gutters the same day and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

The two brothers arrived when they said they would and removed my old gutter. They installed the new gutter and repositioned the downspout to a different location which would eliminate a water pooling problem. They did this without doing any damage to a full wall of rose bushes. They were very nice, cleaned everything up and told me if I had any issues or questions to contact them immediately. I would recommend them.

After he came to review my house, I gave him my card so he could e-mail me the estimate, but I never heard from him. That was over a month ago. I've called and left messages, but he has never returned my call. I can't tell you about his pricing or the quality of his service, because I can't get in touch with him to find out the cost of hiring him ... and at this point, almost 6 weeks after initial contact, I've given up on his services.

Great. Eddie and his brother were punctual, efficient and quick! I called Capital Gutters on Wednesday about water overflowing my gutters in the front of the house. Eddie came out that afternoon and told me the gutters and downspouts had not been installed properly (this is a fairly new house for me. The previous owner installed the gutters himself.) and that the best course of action would be to replace the whole thing. He did offer me a lower cost solution for fixing the overflowing water that was ruining my garden. I decided to go with the long term option. He called me that night to tell me he had a cancellation and could be at the house at 9 the next morning. They showed up on time, replaced all the gutters, installed new downspouts, removed all the old plastic and even swept up all the mulch and mud that had spread over my sidewalk from the leaky gutters. Highly recommend them!

It was Thursday afternoon when Eddie arrived to give us a quote. When we told him we are going with him he told us he would start the job on Friday after he and his brother finished another job. They arrived by 11:00 am and the installation of two new gutters and the installation of the helmet on all the gutters were completed by 3 pm. Everything went smoothly. This includes running to get additional gutter helmets. The property was as clean when they left as when they arrived. We had our first heavy rain storm a couple of days ago and the new gutters worked great and we are very pleased with the helmut gutter guards.

Eddie came home and just did not want to work on my gutters as they were not the type that he typically works on. He did not want to spoil his Angie's List Rating by working on my gutters due to certain issues from when they were installed incorrectly when the house was built. I wish they would put a qualifier on the "Deal" on Angie's list so that people like me do not waste their time ordering the deal, setting up an appointment, leaving work to meet them and then having to request a refund. I wasted 4 hours of my time going through this rigmarole. I certainly did not appreciate this inconvenience. Eddie was very polite through the process, but I wish the deal as advertised would put some qualifiers if this is the way they wish to operate.

Everything went well. Called on the 19th and they came next day. Eddie and his brother Glenn worked quickly and got the job done in no time. Everything looks great !

Capital Gutters is an exceptional service provider - and I don't use that term lightly. They are really professional to work with and they do a great job. I can't say enough good things about them. We are very pleased.

I called two gutter companies to get bids and Capital Gutters called me back right away. They came out the same day to look at the scope of work needed and quoted me a fair price. They scheduled the install a couple days later (working around other landscape projects) and did a great job. We've had some pretty decent storms and the gutters are doing great. I would certainly use Capital Gutters in the future.

Ed responded to my call within a day and showed up the following day right on time. Ed and his brother cleaned out our gutters in record time. Ed added a run- off to a downspout and did not chage extra. They cleaned up after the work was done. They were very proffesional and would hire them again without question.

Everything about the experience was positive. It was a small job and did not take them any time at all. It looks great and I would definitely hire them to do more work for me.

Eddie came did an estimate on his day off. He scheduled the work and agreed to do a small alteration on an existing downspout. They were very prompt, and courteous. Did the work speedy and cleaned up after. We are very happy and would hire them again.

When I moved into my house two years ago, the backside had no rain gutter. Finally getting around to doing something about it, I called Capital Gutters and they were available to come by for an estimate immediately. During the estimate process, we discussed options for how to deal with the vent from my radon mitigation system that was going to block off a section of the roof where the gutter would need to go. They were very helpful in proposing several ideas which we discussed and settled on what I think was a great solution. They were able to schedule the work for two days later and took care of it all while I was at work. I was very happy to come home to a very nice and professional looking installation. There was even lots of rain last week and everything seems to be working great.

The crew showed up exactly on time. They introduced themselves, let me know what they needed, and got right to work. Originally, I was told the work would take between 9am and 1pm, but they ended up finishing at 11:30am! When the work was done, I was given a guided walk around the house to learn about the gutters and how to care for them. They also gave me some advice/pointers on how to correct some of the water damage to the house. They were so friendly. The gutters look fantastic. They were responsive when trying to get an estimate and schedule the work. I strongly recommend these guys!

Hi, I contacted Eddie thru Angie's list. He called me within a day and came out the following day for an estimate. One vertical gutter pipe had a back seam expand out, probably freezing water damage. I have high pitched roofs and I have 3 out of 4 short corner gutters that gather a large volume of water and bring it down to the ground to drain away from my house foundation. The gutter that expanded was clogged to begin with and with our recent rough winter it just failed. One other gutter had a small tree starting to grow in and the the 3 rd gutter just needed to be cleaned. All of the small corner gutters now have gutter gaurds to keep from clogging again. We sure hope so!! Eddie recommended one gutter downspout be turned on an upper gutter run so the water will come down the pitch a bit slower. He cleaned out all the the gutters and even resecured a gutter helmet from another company whom I had contacted to come out to check their product out and they never returned my call. Eddie came within 3 days of the estimate provided with one other worker. They were effiecient and done within an 1.5 hours. The price was a bit of a shock but I am confident that the small corner gutters will not clog again. Eddie said if we had any questions or problems to call him back. 6/18 I have decided the price was worth it. The gutter gaurds and the new gutter are working very well and handle the water off our high pitched roof fantastically!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They were here to examine the house and give us an estimate w/ in 24 hours of our purchasing the deal. They came two days later and do the job, even though both out of town and could not be here to monitor the work. All transactions are handled professionally and the job was done in a technically satisfactory manner.

Work went very well. Eddie came over the next day that I called and gave me an estimate. The next day the work was completed. Eddie and his brother were prompt, reliable, and did an excellent job. They also were very personable and did their best to please I would definitely recommend them.

My gutters were literally falling off my house! The owner of Capital Gutters, Ed, stopped by the same day I called him. He gave an honest assessment of the situation and recommended some fair options. The price seemed reasonable, though I didn't get any other similar quotes to compare. They came and repaired the gutters the next day, right before a heavy rain. It was all very convenient. The repair was a great success! I'd recommend their service to others in need of gutter repair.

I called Capital Gutters last week for an estimate to install gutters . Eddie came out the same day. He gave us an estimate for gutters with and without helmets . He said that if we chose to go without helmets he would honor this quote if we decided to change our mind over the next couple years (and deduct the "no helmet" cost). We opted for helmets on the higher portion of our roof and no helmets on the lower sections keeping in mind we could opt for helmets in the future if need be. Eddie and his brother came today (less than a week from when he gave us the quote). They arrived when they said they would. The gutters look great and blend nicely with the house. Eddie and his brother take pride in their work and told us to call if there are any issues. They also gave an additional 5% off the price when we were settling up because we found them on Angies List.

I was very impressed with the owners quick response to my request for an estimate. He made good suggestions and the price was reasonable. He was able to do the work the following day and even left a message following up after the job was done.
