I won't use or recommend Capital Gutter

I called Capital Gutters just a couple of days ago to get an estimate after reading the reviews on Angie's . Ed called me back promptly, (within an hour or so) . I told Ed that I would need to replace the Gutters on the back of my house as the winter ice had knocked down my gutter. Ed was very polite and after I had told him the size of my home( small), Ed told me about the $399.00 special they had going for smaller installs up to 50ft. Ed came by the following day and called with the estimate ( same as discussed) , was very knowledgable and also explained exactly what work was be performed. Ed called later that evening and said he could perform the work today. I came home from an appoitment and the work was finished and looks great! I recommend Capital Gutters to others looking for Gutter install/ replacement. All work was performed as promised. Ed was very easy to work with and very professional. I'm a happy camper!

I left a message with Capital Gutter and was promptly contacted. Due to my schedule I was not able to directly speak with anyone, but I came outside to find that someone had swung by and done an estimate the same day I had sent the message. They were able to come a couple days later to do the repairs. The work was done quickly in just a few hours and the new gutters look great. The company even did some extra work that was not their responsibility, but it went a long way to protect my attic. The crew was very professional and their team lead, Eddie, was very interested in making sure I was happy with their work. I am very impressed with their work and professionalism. They care very much about the quality of their work and I would recommend to anyone who has need.

Spoke with Ed on the phone about installing gutters at my home. He quoted me for small job special even though I was over the amount of gutters needed. Couple days later, gutters were installed and they did an excellent job. Very happy with results and very fair price. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

We used the $200.00 worth of work for $99.00. The gutter tore away on Wednesday, March 11. My husband received a call quickly after purchasing the deal. Someone came over about an hour later to take a look and give him an estimate. At first we were told the work would be done next Tuesday, but then we got a call to say it could be done the following day. They showed up on time and the work was done in an hour. We are pleased with their efficiency and knowledge. Of course work like this always could cost less (who wouldn't like to have something cost less than it does?), but it was about what we thought it would be and thought it was fair. $199.00 was paid in addition to the deal price of $99.00.

the gutters were installed improperly. they need to be taken down and new gutters installed. terrible terrible job. no way of contacting him.

After listening to my concerns he examined the gutters on the house and then discussed his findings with me in detail. I was impressed on how astute he was. The gutters are not the problem the roof is. As I don't need gutter replacement or repair at this time his services were no longer required but if in the future I do have problems I will definitely call him.

Called yesterday...Glenn came over with an estimate. The work was completed this morning. Glenn and helper did a fabulous job...they were prompt and couteous. We're very satisfied and would definately recommend them. You can't get better service than that!

They came on time, inspected the condition of the chimney interoir with a scope, cleaned the chimney and gave me a report on the condition of the mortar. They were polite and professional.

They were good. I think overpriced for what we for but the service was good and quality is good so I can't complain. I hope to use them next year to add gutters and gutter guards.

He fixed a downspout and corrected the slope of a gutter so it would drain properly. He did a good job. He was professional. He also advised me of parts that didn't need to be replace so not to overcharge me.

I first contacted Capital Gutters through Angies List on Mon. They called back that evening and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on Tuesday morning. THe work was completed by Friday afternoon. This is the second time I have used them and I am very satisfied with their service and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

It could not have gone better. Capital Gutters assessed the problem, gave us the promotional deal, and fixed the gutters. I will definitely call them for future work and recommend them to my extensive family and friends list! Sybil

Pretty well. Inspection was from the ground, so I did not get a sense that any impending but non visible problems would be discovered in a timely manner. Work was performed as scheduled, old materials hauled away and the work place was neat-no nails etc left around. Regarding the process: I would have preferred a more detailed statement of work to be done. It was impossible to compare potential prices of others based on the lump sum estimate. A "per linear foot" installed estimate would have been better since there are fairly standard points of comparison available.Also, only 1 type of material was proposed.

It went very well. They did quite a bit of work and it was all very good work. They were very thorough. The price was reasonable and they were very prompt in coming. They came within a day or two so they were very responsive in coming out. It was a big deal purchase. There were additional charges. They were very, very good.

It went fine, but he never gave me a receipt after I paid him. In front of my house I have some wires under my house. And some of the wires got loose so now I have to come have someone look at that. I called him this morning and he was not happy about my problem. He said for me to get it fixed and he would pay back.

They arrived on time and introduced themselves before starting the work. They were quick and effective and thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of my gutters. When they were finished with the work, they cleaned up the debris and followed up with me to explain what the problem was in a professional and friendly manner. I would encourage friends and family to hire them without hesitation.

Job was completed within less than 2 weeks of initial request for an estimate. Work was very professional, and they were friendly and courteous.

I purchased the deal and they never contacted me like they mentioned they would. I am just requesting a refund on the deal.
