Initial call was returned promptly. Gutters were cleaned while I was at work. A very clean job, no messes left behind. Received a follow up call to make sure I was OK with the job. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Came for estimate the day after we called and the gutters were installed within 2 days. We wanted a certain look so the gutters would not be noticed on one part of the house and were pleased with the outcome. I need someone to repair Gutter and I called my installer and they did not called me back for several days. So I gave Capital Gutter a call and leave message. Edwin called me back in a few hours. I am very impressive with his responsiveness. Finally my installer called me back, I did not use Capital Gutter's service. But I am very pleased with their responsiveness.

Absolute Pro's. My experience working with Eddie/Capital Gutters was just awesome. He showed up the same day I called him for an estimate exactly on time. And although it was brutally hot out Eddie took his time to explain the process, what would be best for my house, and the materials he uses (he had sample materials in his truck to better explain his product/service). Two days later he was back with his crew (3 people in total) and got right to work. He and his crew were pleasant and courteous, even though it was another hot and humid day. They worked efficiently and completed the task exactly as it had been explained to me. They also thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied with the end result. The gutters matched the house color perfectly and they look great. Also very sturdy. I already recommended him to a friend of mine from work and would definitely hire him again. Do yourself a favor and at least call him for an estimate.

Eddie answered my call the same day, came the next day and gave estimate and repaired and replaced gutters 2 days later. Everything went very well. Eddie had met with my girlfriend before the services were performed to review the job and give an estimate. While I had purchased a deal through Angie's List ($200 worth of work for $99), he gave me a quote that included everything that needed to be fixed. I was just looking to get the gutter attached back to the building, but when I bought the house, i had not known how long it had been since the gutters were cleaned, and Eddie was very honest and thorough upon review. He set up the job around my schedule (I was off on May 8). He had an issue with his truck, so he sent his brother to perform the work. His brother was very nice, did the work quickly and seemed thorough (I didn't climb the ladder to make sure - that's why I hired Eddie - but it hasn't fallen down yet). All he needed from me was a hose and it took about 90 minutes and it was all set. I would definitely recommend Capital Gutters. Their work and honestly and responsiveness all earn my recommendation and I look forward to working with them the next time I need my gutters done.

Eddie was prompt, courteous and responsive. He was always in contact about the job. The gutters looked fantastic after he was done. He put thought into the downspouts to give us the best water protection (for pushing it all away from our house). Our basement is dry now during rain. He also offered to come back any time I had concerns or if I needed help (for example he said that if we wanted to temporarily remove the downspouts for any reason and we had trouble disconnecting them he would come out and show us how). The gutters also come with a lifetime guarantee. You really can't beat their service and the quality of the gutters seem great so far. Time will tell in that regard.

In one word: outstanding! I called to set up an appointment for an estimate and spoke directly with Eddie. He was finishing up a job in Troy and wondered if it would be all right to stop by our house in about a half-hour. That worked out perfectly with our schedule and promptly one half-hour later showed up at our home. We explained the problems we were having with the existing gutter system and he explained the probable causes. He then provided us with a written estimate which was ideal for what we had budgeted. We gave the job to Capital Gutters; Eddie said he would call the night before they were coming to do the job if that was OK. That was fine for us. We received the call as promised, were told they would be there between 10:30 and 11 AM the next day. Once again, promptly at 10:30 they showed up to do the job. The old gutter system was removed, the new one installed all in the space of about 3 hours. Everything was cleaned up just as quickly and we were extremely pleased with the job. We received a follow-up call from Eddie later that day explaining if there was anything we were unhappy with or anything wasn't performing as it should that we should call and they would promptly correct any issue. We would highly recommend Capital Gutters.

Capital Gutters provided a cost estimate the same day I called. After I called to accept their bid prce, tthey called one-day later to schedule the job. They arrived at the agreed upon time and finished the job in a prompt, courteous and professional. I am happy to recommend Capital Gutters.

My gutter fell off from ice dam. I called capital gutters and they came to my house the same day. Eddie was a great guy very like able and savy in business he provided great guidance and helped me purchase the appropriate solution. He and the company could not have done anything better. Absolute perfection.

Capital gutters called promptly and visited within a day. Very responsive, but after looking at the work, he indicated his insurance wouldn't cover him doing the work. I suspect the job was probably too small and difficult--other providers were happy to do the work. When I indicated that I had $99 already purchased, he said it was something I had to address with Angies list. Angies list shouldn't sell coupons for work if you purchase one and get a "thanks, but I'm not interested" from the provider.

Eddie was great! He got back to me immediately and came out to my home on a Sunday which was very convenient for me to give me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. I purchased a deal through Angie's list which he honored with no issue and he came back with in a few days to complete the work. Eddie was very responsive to my concerns and questions and it was very clear to me that he is dedicated to providing a quality product and an excellent customer experience. I would not hesitate to refer Capital Gutter to my friends and family for his service to their homes. Also, Capital Gutters pricing beat the other competitors that I had received estimates from in the past. Eddie was able to perform more service and replacement gutters for at least third of the price.
