Capital Gutters

I was very pleased with Capital Gutters and would recommend them to anyone who needs gutter work. They were very quick to respond to my request for information and an estimate and within a couple of days of me letting them know I wanted to move forward they were here to measure and get the job done. The gutter color they picked was perfect, they came did what they had to do and were gone before I knew it. Everything was clean and the gutters look great! I appreciate having a local company that is reliable and knows what they are doing. Thanks!

It went fantastic. These young men did a great job. They were on time, did the job in the least amount of time and picked up after the work was done. They are a team that also got along with one another. I am so pleased that it needs to be said. I do not usually do reviews but this is an exception. Look at their video on U Tube. They help you be informed on the process.

Great! The service provider was very good at communicating and scheduling the service. In addition, the service provider gave quotes on installing gutter shields to keep out debris. While we did not purchase the gutter shields, we appreciated the option.

It went well. I had gotten a number of estimates but Eddie seemed to have the best handle on the particular challenges of my house, what would work best and came in with a decent price.

I thought the job was done correctly in June 2016 but I had a leak in my family room on 8/9/16. I called my roofer who took handfuls of dirt and other debris out of the gutter as well as the down spout near where the leak was happening. I would leave pictures if I could. If you hire Capitsl gutters make sure you watch their every move because they might only do some of the job!

Great. On time, as scheduled. They did the repair the day after I called. Very professional.

This is a follow-up to the May 25, 2016 review I did in which I gave this company a rating of "C." Since that time, I discovered during a thunderstorm that they left one of my gutters extremely clogged. I called them last month and they said they must have missed a bird's next on it but "they would take care of me" the next time they were near my home. Today, July 14, 2016, during another thunderstorm, I discovered the gutter was still clogged. I called and Eddie explained to me that "Angie's list never paid us because you gave us a negative review, so why should we come out to help you?" I was unaware that Angie's List did not compensate them, and I was unaware that their attitude now was "the heck with you, customer, since you gave a 'C' rating on Angie's List." I would now lower the grade to an "F!" Potential buyer beware--do not give this company your honest assessment of their work if it is anything less than a stellar grade since they will not address any problems they leave behind if you do. Eddie told me to contact Angie's List for a refund--and that is what I will do so I can hire a better company to come to my home and stop my gutter from overflowing during a storm. Eddie ultimately hung up on me when I asked him why he did not want to redress a problem he left behind--he was rude and exceedingly unprofessional in his behavior toward me.

It went great! It looks great on the side that I had to have repaired. They flushed out the other two gutters so that I don't have waterfalls on the side of my house, so they should drain perfectly now.

Edwin was very professional, courteous, and responsive. He evaluated my current gutter covers (leaf guards) and advised me that they are in good condition and don't need to be replaced at this time. He charged me the price for a one story even though I have a townhouse which is partly a 2 story unit. Overall amazing service. Very happy.

Thoroughly cleaned and flushed gutters. Did a wonderful job and we will be calling them yearly for this service.

Dealing with Capital Gutters was a pleasure. Eddie responded to my e-mail immediately and informed me that it would be taken care of . Called last night to tell me that they would be here today between 10 and 12..........arrived probably around 11 . The job took 15-20 minutes and there was no charge. They were great to work with. Responded quickly to my request. Kept me up to date on progress and, because I wasn't home, sent me a picture of the process. Because my roof is slate, they provided the necessary custom work.

Capital Gutters installed all gutters and downspouts efficiently and well. I was impressed by their honesty, professionalism and workmanship. The new gutters have already proven their worth in a downpour, with not a single drip--the water went where it was supposed to go, off the roof and away from the foundation. I would hire Eddie and his brothers again, and I recommend their services.

I called Tues and they arrived on Sat. after calling me on Fri. to see if between 10:00 and noon would be OK. He arrived at 11:00am on Sat. as promised and did a good job of finding the problem and fixing it. Very professional work.

They did a great job cleaning my gutters! Didn't leave a mess either. Very professional and quick to respond to my request.

I was hoping they would replace missing gutter covers and end caps in addition to the cleaning. They said they could not do that and gave me the options of just flushing the gutters, taking off all the gutter covers, or replacing all of the covers for about $1000. I went just with the flushing of the gutters for the coupon cost of $199, but really could not understand why they could not replace the missing covers (3 of them) and put caps on. I will try to do that work myself now.

Capital Gutters did a fantastic job on our gutters! The way our roof was configured made for a challenging gutter layout but Eddie's team went to work and created a sophisticated system to capture the water and send it away for the foundation of the house. We had had problems for years with water coming down into the basement but now this has been completely resolved with no need for an expensive overpriced basement waterproofing excavation. The completed product looks attractive and adds value to our home. This is the second time we have used Capital Gutters and I would highly recommend them over any other company providing the same service in the area.

Quick on getting back me to schedule a time. Once day and time were set, they came and did the job within the time frame they provided. I was not home ( did not need to be for this job) and got a follow up phone call telling the everything was all set. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Good knowing I have clean gutters again!

Excellent experience with Capital Gutters. Quote and install in one week. Quote was less than others who offered "free" gutters (as long as you purchased gutter covers, which we did not want.) Installed gutters on extended nook because of erosion; this was not even quoted on by other businesses. Crew was pleasant, professional, efficient. House looks great, and gutters are barely noticeable. Thanks to yesterday's rain, we know that the gutters are working properly.

We had noticed there was a section of the gutter near one of the downspouts that consistently overflowed during heavy rains. We called Capital Gutters on Thursday and Eddie immediately returned our call. He came to our house an hour later to look at the gutters. The current gutters were installed years ago prior to our moving in and Eddie suggested changing the configuration so one downspout wouldn't have to handle water coming from both the upper and lower portions of the roof. This involved adding a new section of gutter and a new downspout. He gave us the estimate right there and said that they could get the work done by the next week. We decided to go ahead and that very evening Eddie called to say they could come the next day. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would and got the job done in a short period of time. Eddie showed us what had been accomplished and told us they were able to reinstall the current gutter guards we had so we didn't need to get a new one. The crew was efficient and left no trace behind. Their customer service is outstanding. From the time we placed the phone call to job completion -- a mere 24 hours! Eddie said that if we had any questions we shouldn't hesitate to contact him. He truely was a pleasure to work with.

My downspouts had fallen down in a wind storm and with more rain coming, I needed to have them replaced quickly. Eddie responded very quickly to my call and came out to the house the next day to look at what needed to be done. After looking at the issues, he gave me a quote and said they would be out early the next week. The work was done exactly when he said it would be done and the quality of the work was excellent.
