Capital Gutters

Capital gutters were extremely professional and made the process effortless on my part.

They did a good job. I thought their price was fair, compared to others. They did a very good job. They were quick.

They answered our message promptly and showed up when scheduled. They did a decent job. I did find leaf debris coming out of the downspout for several rainstorms after they left, but the gutters seem fine - no overflowing anymore. They removed the gutter guards that were installed on the back side of house - said they caused more problems than they solved and were interfering with the shingles. Piled most of them together, but we found a few shorter pieces that landed in the shrubbery later. All in all, did the job as promised, promptly and pleasantly. Didn't clean up after the job as thoroughly as I'd have done, but that's our only quibble. Price seemed comparable to other gutter cleaners. (Although our previous handyman, now unavailable, only charged 1/2 because he only had to clean a portion of the gutters.)

Very sloppy, it appears gutters were just hosed out. Debris was left on exterior walls and on deck.

My wife and I had several companies quote. Eddie and associates were very professional, low pressure, very fair price. Other companies tried to talk us into options we really didn't want and tried high pressure sales even when we said "no" to these options. I just can’t! I think they were a little overpriced, but it wasn’t me who hired them, it was my husband. I thought they were a little pricey. We have had other gutters put in and they weren’t as expensive. Originally it would have been an “A”, but my overall experience. If we call somebody and they don’t call us back, they are most likely not going to get our service again. They're not, that is just the way it is. I didn’t deal with them.

First of all this was probably the most stress free occurrences with a contractor I have ever had. Eddie was truly a person who made sure the job was done right and to the satisfaction of the customer. It might seem like "only" gutters but the design is perfect and the fact that he had an opening and fit me in the very next day after the quote is amazing. Communication via text and working around my schedule was just perfect. He sent before and after photos and honestly he was so personable and efficient that people would be crazy not to hire him. I really do wish that more contractors had the people skills and technological understanding like Eddie. Outstanding experience!!

Excellent service provided. Received quote and with in a week the work was done. Worker are always on time and very friendly. Install was done with ascetics in mind and looked great. Used this company last year to install gutters on the rest of the house which still perform like day one and look great as well. I wouldn't use any other gutter business, these guys are the best.

Gutter was put up and working. It is now hanging down front of house. Called them 7 times and left messages. No response.

Called and left message, returned call within an hour, came out to the house that day to give estimate. Work was done day after Christmas. Excellent work.

They arrived when the said, completed the work in a reasonable time and cleaned up after. I would definitely hire them again.

We have been a customer of Capital Gutters for a couple years. No problems til now. However, it seams that something has changed at this business. The phone message claims that they never forget to respond to messages. I left messages and called about 8 times over the last 8 weeks. On 4 occasions we made arrangements to meet for an estimate. 3 previous times they just didn't show with no explanation. Today, they finally showed and left before I arrived (about 3 minutes late) to meet them. Keep in mind that my house is only 12 years old so the existing gutters are in very good condition. He claimed to be unable to unscrew, changed the pitch of the gutter, and screw back on (something they've done for us in the past). This is also something I've done myself with absolute ease in the past. Instead the man insisted that the entire area would need to be replaced. As a homebuilding professional I know this is false. I would be sure to get the advice of a at least a couple professionals before believing this contractor

Eddie was very responsive and provided an immediate recommendation based on his assessment that my gutters were older and not of the best quality. He sent along a video comparison of Grade A vs. Grade B gutters. He recommended that I replace the rear gutter instead of fixing. The cost-differential was relatively nominal, especially given that Eddie provides a lifetime guarantee on his product and work. He advised that my the gutter on the front of my house had a little life left and that I should replace in a few years. Eddie was very responsive, the quality of his work speaks for itself (we had 24 hours of rain the day after I had the work done and everything is working smoothly--no more drip/pooling), and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I followed up with Eddie a few days later as I noticed what I thought was a problem with the new gutter. Eddie was responsive and came to my house the next day to address the issue, which he did not need to do as it was a function of some poor DIY work that the previous homeowner had done to the house. The fact that Eddie would take the time and energy to help "fix" an issue that was not his responsibility shows that he is committed to the satisfaction of his customers, and is willing to standby his Lifetime Guarantee. I'm highly recommend Eddie and his team if you need gutters fixed, replaced or cleaned.
