Description of Work: They replaced the gutter on the front of the house. It works great and doesn't leak at all!!! They also cleaned all the gutters around the house with water plus the downspouts. They were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them. They also cleaned up and removed all debris. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you.

Description of Work: I spoke with Eddie over the phone a few times and he was very accessible. I later met Glenn when he came by to review the estimate. The firm was very good at responding. Ultimately, I decided to go with another firm due to cost, but both owners were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I bought the $99 gutter repair big deal. After a few days I heard from Ed to discuss my problem and schedule work. I told him I have gutters w/helmets but birds got in and built nests and now there is growth comingout of gutters. I needed weeds removed and source of openings for birds sealed. Ed came and said they could clean out the gutters of the affected area andmaybe put mesh where the openings were. Ed said they dont do repairs on gutters they didnt install.Well, why offer this deal on Angies list? Ed said it would cost another $100 for the job. |His brother came to do the work and saw where the birds were coming in, proceeded to clean out the gutters. He never put the mesh on the openings! And in discussing this with him, he said there was nothing he could do more. I called Ed to complain of not grtting the repair we discussed about the mesh. He tried saying again that theydont like to work on gutters that they didnt install. He returned the next day and applied the mesh over the holes on the end caps where the birds were getting in. About 2- 6" pieces of wire mesh was screwed over them.

Description of Work: Great. They arrived quickly to give us an estimate including 2 options of what it cost to repair or replace. They let us take the time to decide without pressure. When we agreed to them to do the job they agreed on time, worked quickly and were extremly profession and courteous for every conversation we engaged in. Would hire them again.

Description of Work: I found this company on Craigslist. I had received other estimates but didn't feel good about the process. I spoke directly to Eddie - one of the owners. I told him what our needs were and he asked if he could go to the property and look at the house. I agreed. He got back to me with an overview of the job and a quote. This was on 3/8/13. It was very affordable. I told him I wanted to them to do the work. He then text me a job description. I approved it and by the time I got home on 3/8/13 he was finishing up!!!! Eddie then spent time with my husband and myself going over the job and showing us the damage we already had from not having gutters. I was and am still excited about my gutters! I am a sales and marketing director so I consider myself a "tough sale". It was the PROCESS that I liked. He worked with me via text and got the job done immediately. It was all about us as the customer! Home run! Thank you Capital Gutters!

Description of Work: Think twice before you call this company. They may be cheaper than others, but the gutters that they had installed in our house had serious problems, because they had tried to cut the cost by not installing one of the downspouts. Now we have water overflowing issues in our gutters to make a puddle on the ground. I noticed this problem only a few weeks after they installed the gutters. As a company specializing gutters, they should know better than this. I have been calling this company for about a week but no replies. (I was lucky enough to talk to a person, but the person hanged up on me. When I called again, I ended up leaving a voice message again.)
