 + -1 moreWe were relocated to this area. For the features that were included with no additonal charges we are happy with the quality of workmanship thru this house. We even had problems with water seeping into our basement and they made it right and no additional leaking has occured since their solution. Any time I have contacted their office for additional information I have been treated professionally. This builder cares about the quality of his work and it shows. I am glad to have an Abele built home. The length of time to develop a solution for the water seepage is why I scored a B on responsiveness. As far as phone promptness etc they are great.
Description of Work: They built our new home in 2003.4 bedrooms,attached garage,3000 square feet. Some nice amenities at a reasonable price.

 + -1 moreI'M HAVING A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THEY'RE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY WANT TO WORK TOGETHER WITH ME. I RATED THEM A "C" ON THEIR PRICES BECAUSE THEY ARE FAIRLY EXPENSIVE ALTHOUGH THEIR WORK IS GOOD.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT ME A NEW HOUSE WITH 3 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHS, AND A BASEMENT. IT'S A TWIN TOWNHOUSE.
