I wanted to be present for my first service call by a Shaver service representative. No notification was given prior to the arrival of the service person, and I was not at home when the requested annual service was performed. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The appointment was for 9:30am, however, prior to that I received a call letting me know that he would be late and not arrive until 10:30. He arrived when he said he would and got right to work. He was extremely polite , professional and knowledgeable. He was able to instruct my son on maintenance and how to problem solve. My son is a very difficult person to impress but he was extremely impressed by this man. We would definitely hire this company again without a second thought. I would like to thank the company for such high standards. Its a pleasure to work with them.

When I received the Gentleman's call this afternoon, he stated he would get here possibly by Saturday, if not then 1st of next week. My wife and I were eating Dinner when came a knock on my door & it was Mr. Shaver, who had seen the upcoming weather report and decided he should come over and fix Generator now. I'm Happy he did, calling for High winds again tomorrow. I can't comment on cost, as was stated I would be billed from office.

DM Shaver, Inc. responded to my inquiry immediately and had serviced my generator within a day of contacting Home Advisor. I had actually employed DM Shaver in the past to maintain a service contract on my generator and he will continue to service my generator on an annual basis.
