we put half down and the guy basically ran off with the money. it took us 2 months to get him to answer his phone and to give us a time to come out and start work. he came up with every excuse in the book on why he couldn't make it on this day or that day. finally went and filed a police report and he was all responsive. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and let him start working. He did a half A@# job doing the insulation,, never sealed the holes he drilled so bugs and water is now getting into the house, he used the wrong type of insulation and guess what..after half that was completed he disappeared, stopped showing up and stopped responding to txt messages and phone calls, we are now bring him to court for a refund and damages. After we filed the court papers i started doing some digging around, he was in trouble with the BBB for using their logo as an accredited business when he wasnt, which is why we used him(clipper ad), he has mulitple complaints with the BBB for doing the same exact thing he did with us to other people. Guy should be in jail!!
