Very courteous and on time. They weren't able to determine the cause or location of the loose connection in the circuit which kept energy from getting to the refrigerator and other outlets. Howver, they did rewire one receptacle and we are hoping that will solve the problem.

Price matched estimate. They were on time, worked quickly, safely and efficiently. They were friendly and responsive. Discussed alternatives for a new outside outlet and flag light. I would definitely hire them again!

The electrician was right on time as scheduled. Looked at the project to be done, measured and went to the store to get the correct exhaust fan. All in all the whole project took 2 1/2 hours and was reasonably priced. The installation was messy from blown in insulation but he protected the whole bathroom with plastic. The only thing negative was that I had to fish out 2 switch plate screws out of the garage and screw them in myself and there are still a few small pieces of insulation under the light cover of the fan. Over all the job was well done.

The team from JPs Best Electric were top notch! They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. In addition, they installed dimmer switches which was very thoughtful of them because I did not think of it. Highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

They did good work and were efficient with their time. There were a couple of things they could not have predicted ahead of time. I did ask them for a thermostat that was easy to read. Unfortunately, my 97 y/o mom can only read some of the numbers. This is annoying but not a major problem because she will not be programming the thermostat. The biggest inconvenience is that I will have to paint over the place where the old thermostat was removed. Why didn't the new one cover the spot where the old one was? There was no way to easily examine different models ahead of time. That would have been a big help.

I've hired them before, and they have always been top notch. On time, courteous, and I'm always happy with their work.

I was charged $225.00 to check a switch and correct wire attachment. It took 20 to 30 minutes. I think the charge is unfair. Charles Hawks

I can't say enough about these guys! They showed up on time, were professional, friendly, polite, and very hard working. They even completed extra work than what we had initially discussed. They were conscientious and cleaned up nicely after themselves. We will use them again any time we need electical work and will recommend them to everyone!
