They actually arrived early - were very friendly and knowledgeable - took are of everything we needed and at the price quoted.

Responded quickly to setup appointment - Sent over work crew to meet our schedule - they were very professional and fixed issue to our satisfaction. More importantly the prevented us from doing something not to code and also assisted us in resolving an issue without their assistance and charging us.

I had them install a ceiling fixture that had been in the family and had sentimental value. Unfortunately, it was missing some parts. They had the necessary parts available and did a great job. The price was very reasonable and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again.

Over charged and needed 3 trips to complete work. Should have been one trip 4 hrs work.

We were very happy with this service and thought the guys were professionals. Our only quibble is that they did not remove the flourescent tubes they took out. These are hard to dispose of-- you can't just put them in the trash. So that has left us with a bit of a hassle. If it weren't for that we'd give them a 5 star rating for everything.

JP's was great. These guys are perfectionists. They stay at it until it's done & it meets their high standards. Very quick response & they show up as scheduled. Very cost competitive.

JP's was a true value. They didn't nickel and dime me for every little thing that was done. They scheduled the work and arrived as planned; and completed the work as promised. Everything that was planned was completed as discussed. I would use JP's again without hesitation.

charged me $243 to fix fan. Did not fix fan, LEFT IT THE SAME AS WAS WHEN THEY ARRIVED. Owner called and said he would bring a new fan that I wanted and only charge me $50 for install. Brought wrong fan, insisted I take it. I refused and went and bought the one he was supposed to bring. He charged me $90 to install when we agreed to $50. Workers were polite but I believe I was taken advantage of.

Repairing an electrical outlet and ground switch entailed more involvement than I anticipated.
