Description of Work: Joe was recommended to me when my hot water heater developed a minor leak. When contacted, he asked if it was an emergency and I indicated service the following day would be fine. He gave me his replacement recommendation and pricing information and made an appointment for the following morning. He arrived on time, was polite and professional. He explained everything to me fully. While he was here I asked him to check a toilet that was leaking after another plumber supposedly fixed it. He quickly identified the problem and resolved that as well. I am totally satisfied with his work and will use him again in the future for another project.

 + -1 moreJoe handled the job professionally, promptly, with courtesy, and solved our problem. The first day he unclogged the pipes in our kitchen sinks, the second day he came out and reconfigured the pipes under the sinks that had been incorrectly done when the new sinks were installed. He also took the time to explain everything. Would definitely recommend Joe.
