"We contacted Matt to demolish a very old deck and build a new Trex composite deck, stairs and railing. The entire base support structure of the old deck needed to be replaced, including attachment points to the home that were rotted due to poor design and flashing of the prior deck. When looking for a contractor we researched many options. Communication was excellent from the initial quote through completion of the project. The quality of the work and attention to detail was excellent. I hired them to build a small bathroom in the upstairs level of a home we purchased for our daughter. They helped us pick out the fixtures, respected our price parameters and were just all around good guys, They cleaned up everyday after themselves, arrived each day when they said they would and built a beautiful, small bathroom that we are very pleased with. You will not go wrong trusting your project with Loomis Bros."

"Painted our house and decks, house looks good, but the paint started coming off of the deck (since they didn't finish it) within just a few months - I let David know and they said on 8/16/2023 that he stated on 9/8/2023 he would look into it, then stopped responding to my emails, even though I made it very clear I was very concerned and wanted to fix it prior to the winter. Terrible customer service!!!!"

From the design, which was well suited for our home and exactly what wanted but could never put on paper to the actual construction. It looks amazing and adds so much value to our home.
