+ -1 moreStarted out fine, lots of work being done, then he started spending our :bank draws" on another project and stopped working on our own house- We had to take it over and finish it ourselves, but after he had used the bulk of the banks money and a large amount of ours.
Description of Work: Contracted with this contractor, work NEVER completed, the people he hired as subs NOT paid, unresponsive to calls, his electrical work was sub standard (we had to hire outside electricians to complete and correct work done) We ended up spending LOTS more than we should have to complete our house. Michael Urso is quite a salesman, he did complete other houses he started, but never completed ours--basically took the money and spent it elsewhere. We had to correct drywall work (finishing), electrical, heating, plumbing. He has lost his own house, but will probably start another small construction company again doing decks and additions, garages ,etc- EVERYONE BEWARE
