Description of Work: Met with the certified arborist. He was extremely knowledgeable and very generous with that knowledge. He saved our ancient boxwood. Very happy. Would recommend this service very highly.

Description of Work: They nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. I had them out to straighten/brace a tree I had and was quoted a price. When the work was finished, I was charged what was quoted, plus additional for "wooden stakes" and "wire". | |I paid the bill, but would never use them again.

Description of Work: Trimmed a very old crabe apple tree that was way over grown at the front corner of house that had never been professionally trimmed. I needed an arborist to make sure the tree wouldn't die as a result of the trimming a significant amount of the canopy. they knew what they were doing. they stepped back a number of times from a number of vantage points to make sure they were shaping it as best as possible. price seemed high but maybe that is what you pay for a trained arborist.

Description of Work: A silver maple was cut down and the stump ground down. Also, dead wood was trimmed off of two other large maples.

Description of Work: I contacted them for work on a tree. Someone did get back to me to let me know that they would come by the following week. No one ever showed up and I was never contacted again.

 + -1 moreTree Doctor was wonderful and actually did more work than they had to. I found them to be very efficient and punctual. They even cleaned up the street from the chipper. Unbelievable service and I was even allowed to keep the wood for future use.
Description of Work: I hired the Tree Doctor to remove some trees for me. They did a great job.

 + 0 moreMy overall experience with this company is very good. I have used this service for the past ten years. They are very fast, and do a thorough job. The trees and shrubs are healthy. The people who come out do not bother us. They just do their work and leave.
Description of Work: I have my trees and shrubs sprayed for beetles and other bugs on average about four times a year. This company has also fertilized my lawn in the past.

 + -1 moreI had Tree Doctor come out and do a consultation at first, which was free and was worth it. My wife called them by telephone and they called us back. They showed up on time and the application was done while I was gone which was nice.
Description of Work: I had Tree Doctor put two applications on our trees to kill bugs.
