+ -1 moreAt first it went o.k. - then kept adding on additional things - labor estimate was $3,000 and I ended up at $4,500 labor for the original and then the additional $1,100 for the garage. He also was to fix my porch steps in which he sent someone and they did not complete as I would not give the last $50 I owed him until the steps were completed so they never came back - the steps are cracking and the stain and finish was never put on (cement steps) I would say 50% he did o.k. and the rest is a nightmare
Description of Work: This contractor did other work at my home (total "labor" cost of $5,600.00+ ) When here-told me I should also have roof in garage replaced. He was too expensive so I had someone else do this part. Unfortunately they did not do one section properly and Darrell told me what had to be done to fix. Brought his "roofer expert" on 5.8.10 - I paid hime $800, then $300 and paid for materials (have receipts) . Come winter -the roof leaks, just as prior to him fixing it. I have made several texts to him, reported to BBB and have had absolutely no reply. (to me or BBB) Everything is covered with plastic in my garage where this is leaking. I have other issues with his overall performance at my home but this is the major issue I am concerned about.
