GARY POOLS & LEISURE

Worst survive ever! We were given the worst service over and over again. Very poor communication and follow up. We were given delivery dates 4 different times. They never called to update us, we had to call to check status when we hadn’t heard from them. Hot tub needed surface the day after it was dropped off. Scheduled service and the tech never showed up or called. We will never shop at Gary pools again!

Gary pools did a great job explaining the pools, the pool equipment and pool heaters. Other places we visited did not take the time to talk to us like Gary Pools. We posed many, many questions and scenarios and they were patient with us. They have been helpful with questions about the pool, pool water chemistry after the pool was up and running. As a new pool owner and if a first time pool owner, don't hesitate to go to Gary Pools and sit down with one of the employees and find out exactly what you should be doing when it comes to the chemical treatments of the pool. I did this and it saved me a lot of time. They know their stuff and are willing to tell you if you ask but you must ask them. We also had a problem with our pool installer and Gary Pools was very helpful in rectifying the situation.

When we went to Gary pools for a pool table they listened to what we were interested in and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We were in the process of redecorating our basement and could not have it delivered and set up for a couple weeks which was not a problem. They came and set it up when we wanted and cleaned up after themselves.
