Description of Work: On Thanksgiving 11/23/2017 Roy was the 1st and one of the only companies to return my call and I called 8 different HVAC companies (as well as the biggest names in Buffalo). He showed up on time and assed the problem in minutes. He had to replece the thermostat and he did it quickly and very professionally and kindly. He checked and rechecked things to make sure it all worked perfect. It cost me 220$. It was only 30 dollars more due to Thanksgiving Day. I have had Roy at my house 3 or 4 different times to my house and it was always very resonable. He was also very loving to my animals. Roy is the best!! Please give this good man a try for your HVAC needs.

+ -1 moreFurnace must have broken on a Saturday but we didn't notice until the house was freezing Sunday morning. Called Gamin Heating Sunday about 10:30am and someone actually answered. Roy was at the house within an hour, just as promised and set to work figuring out why our Bryant furnace wasn't working. Replaced vacuum switch and blower motor. Service was fast and professional. Would highly recommend!

+ -1 moreI have had problems with my AC in the past and Gamin has been able to fix and prolong the service of my AC without replacing it. In each case they have clearly explained the problem and described what they were doing to fix it.
Description of Work: Gamin replaced a capacitor in my AC. They have serviced both my AC and my furnace in the past and they are reliable, professional and price fairly. I have recommended them to friends and family and would definitely call them again in the future. They are GREAT!

+ -1 moreJob well-done! Showed up on time. Fixed exactly what the problem was (at a very reasonable price)......and did not try to sell me a new furnace (even though my furnace is almost 50 years old!). When it's time to buy a new furnace, its very likely I will buy one from them.
Description of Work: Cleaned Pilot. Replaced thermocouple. Replaced fan/limit switch.

+ -1 moreI woke up one morning and i noticed a large amount of water coming from my boiler and didn't know why. So I called Gamin Heating/Cooling and that sent someone right out. I was told was was wrong with my boiler and said they can replaced everything in about 1 hour. The price was fair and the service was quick and excellent. They do good work.

+ -1 moreWe were in need of emergency work to our Dunkirk boiler. The Boiler when installed by a no name dealer that failed to tell us that a Dunkirk boiler needs to be cleaned out every 4 to 5 years. The no name dealer refused to answer his phone to repair the problem. Gamin Heating and Cooling came to the rescue. Mr Ray Gamin quoted me $350 to clean out the Dunkirk boiler. When he was done he charged me only $199 plus the tax. The was well under his quote. He was fair with his pricing and efficient in his work.
Description of Work: Dismantled my Dunkirk boiler and cleaned it out the plugged boiler core.

+ -1 moreThe furnace has been working fine over the years. The furnace cleaning is not a free service; it is a part of the regular maintenance. I used the emergency service that they have, as in the case of the bird going down the chimney, and that has worked out well. The guy was very pleasant even though it was about midnight when he came out. I like them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
Description of Work: I used Gamin Heating & Cooling Inc to put a furnace in about seven years ago. They have come out a couple of other times to do cleaning and things like that. I had to have them come out in an emergency one time because a bird had gone down the chimney.

+ -1 moreI called Gamin to say that my AC was not working. He said he would be here in less than 30 minutes. Roy was at my door in 20 minutes. He checked my AC and found the capacitor was burned out. He replaced my capacitor. He checked the freon level and added the needed freon. He gave me advice on how to clean the air filter on my furnace. Roy was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. I have had him service my furnace in the past and will definitely call him for future service for my AC and furnace. I highly recommend Gamin Heating and Cooling.

+ -1 moreI noticed water was leaking around my boiler and then realized it was coming from the release valve. Called Gamin Heating and they sent out a service man who told me what was the problem and repaired the boiler. it took about 1 hr to do the job.

+ -1 moreEverything went very well. I was very impressed with Gamin. One of the guys kept slamming doors, but it wasn't a problem. They still did great work, were on time, and the price they estimated was actually less than what I paid. I would recommend them to others.
