They said it was just a trim difference, but when I checked with the manufacturer, I found out that the new doors had much less insulation and were cheaper than what I paid for. As a senior citizen, I feel like I was taken advantage of. The contractor even promised to refund some of the money, but they never did, and now they won't return my calls. I want others to be cautious about hiring this company. It's really upsetting that someone would exploit an older person like this."

One time they didn’t pay a contractor and that contractor had his lawyer threaten to put a mechanics lien on my home. I had to scream at Dennis to get him to take care of the issue."
