+ -1 moreGary at THI came here and gave me a estimate on cleaning & hooking up my furnace & installing new duct work. He even came back to measure the duct for the furnace. He said he was going to order the ducts & parts and when they came in he was going to call and install them. He said the parts and ducts will be in this week. A week went by and I called Gary, he never called back. I called Gary 3 times and left polite messages over a period of three weeks. He never called back. I even saw Gary and his crew at a local gas station. He said he wasn't going to leave me hanging. Gary's words all sound great thats for sure. I really thought he was true to his word and going to do the work for me. Gary should have just told me he couldn't do the work. But he decided to just lie to me & string me along. I have a business myself and would never do this to my customers. Gary is a LIAR ! If you go by what he says then you will be without heat this winter.
Description of Work: He was suppose to hook up the furnace & install new duct work.
