Tile & Carpet Town Carpet One Floor & Home

I have lived through four remodels in my life. The master bath remodel done by Tile and Carpet Town was was perhaps the WORST I have ever experienced. They sent a workman to my home three times to re-do the awful job, each time worse than the last. When my contractor paid them for the materials, but not the labor, expecting a total re-do of the bathroom, they slapped us with a mechanics lien. Utterly irresponsible and without any sense of pride in their workmanship.

They were very, very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us go through a lot of the choices. It was great. We worked with Jack, one of their salespeople, and he was very, very helpful in helping us evaluate different types of flooring they had. We ended up doing a floor with a tile inlay. He was very helpful with selecting all the tile and grout that we needed for the flooring so that the people we had installing it had everything they needed. He was a fantastic person to work with. He was very knowledgeable about what he was telling us and answered all our questions. It was a great experience to work with him. . It took longer than we had planned but that wasn't Jack's fault; it was the installer's fault. The outcome of the job was great and we love it. We definitely thought we got good prices.
