Description of Work: We had to order a new liner to replace one from only 2 summers. The lack of communication and timeliness was terrible. Instead of saying the product would be in within 2-7 days as we were told and it as almost 5 weeks. It would be better for staff there to be upfront about that and avoid having frustrated and angry customers.

Description of Work: Took the deposit and never called back to schedule. On saturday promised to call back and never did. When we gave the deposit Mark made is sound like if we got the survey and building permit in immediately things would start to happen that week. We fulfilled our end of the deal. two weeks later not a word.

Description of Work: I moved from my home and had my spa moved by Syracuse Pool to my daughters home for $500 until I purchased another home. Once moved into my new home I rehired them to move my spa from my daughters to the new home for a charge of $250.

Description of Work: I was in the process of selling my home and needed a hot tub moved. I had called someone else who at the last minute backed out. I was in a time crunch to get it moved. I called them & they sent over 4 men & a trailer. They wrapped the tub with foam, plastic & taped it all up. They had to use dollys to get it off a 2 tiered deck. They moved it without issue, loaded it, transported it & set it up within a reasonable amount of time. They unwrapped it all and left nothing behind. I thought the price was a little high, but because they came the same day I called & helped me out it was worth it in the end.

Description of Work: Skimmer repair, liner repairs, education, etc, etc, etc.
