I really researched this project after getting an outrageous quote from Falso. I decided on JSW. Joe, the owner was honest, informative, and reliable. I shopped his quote, but no one could touch his pricing. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was personable, helpful, and professional. He did great work and provided great value. I would absolutely recommend without hesitation.

So right from the jump when I first talked with Joe on the phone about installing a tankless water heater to replace a 9 yr old 40 gal. water heater he discussed options to match my needs with none of the upselling pressure you get from other companies. We discussed for at least 10-15 minutes options before he came over to look at the job, other companies just took my name and number and I never heard from them again. I tried to contact Home Depot four times to have them send someone to look at installing the tankless...got nothing. So as others have said Joe is awesome!!! He is the owner and when you are discussing options and issues, he is the one doing the work. So Joe is so good at what he does I had him install a new high efficent furnace to replace the 35 year old furnace as well. So none of my work was an emergency but just upgrades. Joe completed the work (new tankless H20 heater and new furnace) in one day (10/16)!!! This included installing the tankless H20 heater across the room in a completely different location from the original water heater location which provided more needed square footage in the basement. Joe works extremely efficient and quick and knows what he is doing! There is no putzing with him at all and he did not take "union" breaks. In the Spring I will hire him to install the AC as well. Bottom line of this review...If you hire Joe you will be very happy you did!!!!!

For starters, Joe was fantastic. I think that is an understatement. So easy to work with and VERY affordable. 1st time home buyer with my husband. We had him here on Sunday (10/3) to check out the situation and was here Friday (10/8) to install the furnace. Was quoted 6K+ each time until he came over. Joe was literally our life saver with winter months coming. Would 10/10 use him again. Will be sending all my family/Friends to him. Thanks again Joe!

Joe was fantastic, I was in a tough situation with a tight budget. He was very responsive and was able to provide me with a new furnace and didn't with that tight budget I gave him. He was a life saver and I now feel much better about the coming winter.

Honest, upfront, and experts in this field. I had another quote from one of the name brand HVAC companies in Syracuse and JSW was much more reasonably priced. These guys are rare and you should call them first before anyone else.

I had my complete central air system replaced and upgraded to a 96% energy efficient system. Joe was very knowledgeable and explained my options in laymanâ s terms. JSW was able to beat my other quotes and was able to install immediately,, while other companies had a 4-6 week wait time. They even did the install on a Saturday as not to interfere with my work schedule. The day of the install Joe and Mike arrived on time and worked as a fine tuned pit crew, finishing ahead of the time stated. Everything needed was explained to me and a tutorial on my new thermostat was given as well as suggestions to get the most from my system. The system looks great, works great and most importantly, I feel I received great value. I would completely recommend JSW. I was a bit overwhelmed at the whole process of shopping around, getting quotes, etc. Once Joe arrived, I was put at ease. His no â BSâ approach, was quite welcome and Iâ m confident that he will be there if I ever have issues. It seems like friends did the install and that is the highest compliment I can give.

I recently hired Joe to replace a leaking hot water heater. Joe was the quickest to return my call and provided the lowest quote. The quote was not only quoting like for like replacement but actually for a better unit. He arrived when he said he would, was efficient, and very professional. Joe was very professional. I didn’t hire him because he didn’t have access to the top CR units due to production and supply issues due to the COVID-19 problem. I cannot blame Joe for not being able to get the equipment that I want due to the national epidemic that we are all having to deal with.
