I went 4 yrs without a furnace because of the nightmare I went through with other furnace companies. They nearly caused a house fire. Fortunately I knew not to use it. Finally we found Joe. He discussed in detail what needed to be done. He Showed up on time. Finished the job when he said he would. He was very nice and easy to work with.

I wanted to switch from electric to gas water heater and was unsure if I should go with a tank or tankless. Joe was prompt in his response, listened to what my needs were and gave me options and an opinion based on his expertise. He kept me informed of delivery timeframes for the tankless water heater and showed up when he said he would for install. He was courteous, worked quickly and efficiently, making sure to keep the work area clean as he went. He left the job well done, the work area cleaned up and the work clean looking. I will call Joe for all my future needs without no reservations.
