Joe replaced my 21-yr old furnace with a new Amana. Job included some new wiring, etc. All is working as designed and installation was relatively fast and clean-up was terrific also. A pleasant, knowledgeable person with great experience history in this field. Would recommend to all in need of his expertise.

Joe was nice and on time. Our heat went out and was red tagged by another company. We called Joe and explained the situation and no heat when it was 34 in NY. He gave me a quote and was there the next day at 7 am and done and cleaned up but 11 with a great heater and no mess. He was easy to work with and very polite. I would recommend 100%.

Joe was great. He was informative, timely, and saved me from overspending and I have been happy with the new furnace and air conditioner thus far. My only reservation was the recommended thermostat was delivered late and was not at the job location at the time of the furnace install (We are currently using the original thermostat). I text Joe in July when the thermostat arrived and once again in September for him to let us know of a date and time he would be in the area to complete the install as I did not want him to make a special trip across town. He responded both times with apologies and reassurances he would contact us to set up a time, which he never did. This is not a situation where I was expecting something for nothing, and would have paid for the additional visit. To date, my thermostat still has not been installed, and I will have to contact another contractor to complete the project. This is a small detail, but to have to contact a second contractor to complete a project, gives me reservations if I'd recommend for future projects. When asked above, Would you hire again? I'd say yes, but to me, it's the little details that often mean the most.

Wow, I can not say enough great things about Joe. As background I need to state that I have 4 grandchild under the age of 5, with one having special needs from Downs Syndrome, and with COVID we are frequently required to perform duties as the backup babysitter. Therefore we could not go without heat for even a short period. On Tuesday we heard loud noises coming from our furnace and the feared our furnace would go out. We contacted Joe at JSW Heating and Cooling before noon and Joe came that very afternoon. He identified the problems, which surrounded our undersized furnace, our inoperable humidifier, a leak in our hot water heater and a problem with our floor drained used not only by our furnace ance but also two dehumidifiers. He provided us with potential repair and replacement options along with very reasonable price quotes for each option. We did our due diligence and checked his prices and his online customers reviews after which we decided to hire Joe. He was able to order the needed equipment and completed the install and repairs just two days later. Joe possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding heating and cooling systems, but more importantly he has the ability to educate myself and my wife in language we could understand, allowing us to make informed decisions. I was also impressed with the fact that Joe called us on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to make sure that everything was operating properly as he knew our concerns of losing heat. I plan to refer Joe and his company to anyone and everyone I hear needs any assistance with their furnace, air conditioners and/or hot water heaters.

Joe just finished installing a new furnace and coil. From the very first call, to the moment he finished the job, I was satisfied with his professionalism, price, and turnaround time. He will definitely be installing my AC unit this spring.

First off Joe is awesome! He is the owner and does not try to upsell and instead gives you options dependent on your needs. I was inquiring about a tankless water heater installation and Joe came to give an estimate and provided options at the time. I was very impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. Long story short, I had Joe install a tankless water heater AND a new furnace. He installed both in one day in down pouring all day rain with minimal disruption to water shut off issues. Bottom line you will be very pleased having JSW install or fix any heating/cooling issues. I plan to have Joe install the central AC in the spring.

Joe was great to work with, very fair and honest when it came to pricing. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and did a great job. He removed our old Carrier AC system and replaced it with top-rated Amana 16 Seer unit, new A-Coil, an AprilAire automatic hole house humidifier, a programmable thermostat, and straightened out some old wiring and duct work issues from the last contractor of 20 years ago. Nothing was an effort for him and we are very pleased. He was prompt, very professional and would not leave the job until everything was 100%. As a contractor myself I know what to look for in another contractor and without question, Joe is tops! Did everything by the book. We would certainly hire him again should we have the need for his services.

They replaced a 20 year old non-efficient Carrier Central AC unit with a new Amana 16 SEER high-efficiency unit, new A-Coil, a new AprilAire automatic hole-house humidifier, updated thermostat, revamped some of the duct work, and electrical wiring to make the system function correctly. The quality of work was tops, Joe did everything by the book. He would not leave until every detail was 100% attended to. They were easy to work with and the price was fair for all we had done. We would call them again if we needed their services.
