+ -1 moreMay 2016: Through Home Depot, I had a complete roof installed (plywood & shingles) Thursday evening Jan. 21, 2016 ceiling began to leak, reported it to Home Depot. Saturday morning Jan.23, two workmen, sent by contractor (HVH) hired by Home Depot, arrived to investigate. They cut into leaking area of ceiling, more water gushed out; they had no explanation, and left. Saturday evening, Jan.23, a 5 x 8 foot section oc ceiling came crashing down; water flowed out of insulation. Monday Jan.25, a foreman from HVH arrived to inspect. Looking through the hole he saw that the roofers, back in May, failed to connect the furnace exhaust pipe to the chimney pipe.
