Justin and crew removed 3 large trees and an additional tree which had fallen from my neighbors yard during a wind storm. They did a great job.The removal and cleanup was 5 star. Justin removed a tree for us about 5 years ago also another great job! He is a nice guy and his prices are very reasonable,would recommend his to anyone needing tree services! Responsive. Detail oriented. Knowledgeable. Wind blew 3-100 foot pines over and into each other. Very complicated, dangerous job, involving climbing trees to cut long branches and cut some of the trees down. Also ground the stumps and removed ever bit of debris. Except for the lack of trees in the yard, you'd never know the work that was done. Very impressed with the work done, their professionalism and attention to detail. Justin and his crew went above and beyond. We had a difficult job, late in the year and they worked through the cold weather and exceeded our expectations. They were clean and conscientious of our property and thoughtful with our concerns. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the service and plan to use them in the future. One note is that Justin was slow to communicate one time. After learning that he works with his crew all day and does the estimating and billing in the evenings, I understand.

Hired Justin and crew to remove several trees and haul them away. The work was scheduled quickly and work started in a couple of days. Took a day and half to do the work. The yard was cleaned up to look better than when the work started. Very satisfied and would hire him again in a minute. Price was fair and the work was done as planned.

Just moved here a month ago and needed urgent tree service. Other companies quoted months before work could even begin for crazy prices. HIGHLAND started 2days after the free consultation. So satisfied with the work ethics, work performance and overall attitude of this company. Fair, courteous, timely and safe are qualities as important to me as good work and cost. Justin and Dan, the dynamic duo, were all of those things. 2 trees taken down, along with 3 needing trimming and one badly needing treatment. These two men went above and beyond not only what was expected, but what was even paid for. They want the job done right, and care about the trees, environment and your pocket. Their prices were more fair than competitors and so we're their attitudes. I'd pay more for better service, and didn't even have to. They worked quickly and carefully, even drawing attention of neighbors who mentioned noticing their attention to safety and detail. We plan to use HIGHLAND for all our tree care needs as well as the other services they offer year round.

Had a tree fall in the backyard that needed removal, as well as trees/shrubs in the front yard that needed trimming.. Very difficult to reach the backyard with large equipment. Justin at Highland Tree Service was the first to respond (I sent out about a dozen requests for estimates to various companies, only received three responses, and Justin was the only one to personally meet with me for the estimate). He gave me a great quote, with a discount for using cash. We worked together to find the best day for them to do the work; their scheduling was very flexible. They showed up and finished the work in a little over two hours. They cleaned up after themselves and did not damage any of the property. Justin was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I highly recommend both the company and its employees. Myself, I will likely use their services again in the future.

I hired Justin and his crew from highland tree service after getting quotes from several other tree services. I had them remove trees, remove a stump, cut lower a few other stumps, and clear the ground area. I was impressed with the safety cautions practiced by the crew plus they are cautions working so close to and on an adjacent neighbors property right next to their pool and pool fence. They used large protective mats laid down to mitigate damages to the ground from their tracked motorized equipment. No damage to the ground cover occurred. Also, their clean-up of the area after working is quite impressive. They showed tremendous attention to detail. If I can figure out how to post photographs before and after the project area I will do so. Definitely recommend hiring them. Should I need a service that they provide in the future I certainly will have them back.
