Hahn's Septic Tank SVC

The NICEST people I have ever met and dealt with, from when I spoke with them on the phone from the beginning to when Jon and his crew came to my house. I was able to ask any question and get thoughtful and truthful answers. Very reasonable pricing and they got the job done fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for for a Septic job. I won’t be calling any other company from here on out. Just a great company.

They deserver their solid ratings (came highly recommended from another company), and they did their job well. We tried them out and they were reasonably priced, responsive, and had no issues thus far. Would use them again.

All is well. The leach field was overwhelmed with heavy ground water saturation. When the majority of the "Sludge" was removed from the septic tank the leach field began to empty into the tank. A good sign because it meant the leach field was not clogged. That being said, once the operator realized the leach field was back-flowing, he stopped pumping. The Truck was not full at this point. I could tell because the glass bubbles/lens/eye on the back end of the tank showed it was only half full. I really wish they would have filled the whole tank to help relieve some of the leach field. But, the operator was keen on getting back on the road. All and all it went well and my septic is back up and running now. Myself, I would use them again, but definitely shop around. After talking to many people I discovered there are many other companies much closer to me that charge far less. Some even a third of what I was charged for the service. But, that's my own fault for not doing my homework first. They did a good job, showed up when they said they would, and rendered the services they said they would for the price they quoted.

Great. Except for the minor miscommunication as to a time frame when I could expect them, everything else was great. Guys were polite and professional. I would highly recommend Hahn's to anybody in need of septic services.

They arrived on time and proceeded to excavate the area around the septic tank. They seemed very knowledgeable and offered several options on how to proceed based on their findings. I was pleased with the price and service provided and contacted them again a few months later regarding an unrelated plumbing problem. Again they responded in a timely manner and quickly took care of the problem. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent. The service team showed up on time, did the clean out as well as offering advice on how to prevent the problem in the future.

It was good. However, after he pumped out our septic tank, he then tried to sell me on a couple of thousand dollars worth of excavation saying that my septic system would plug up again in just a matter of weeks and it didn't. I was suspicious as soon as he started doing the sales pitch. I told him I would wait and see and he said, "Well, it will cost you more if you wait and see." I waited and the septic system is working fine, there was nothing wrong with it, it just needed to be pumped. He did the job very satisfactory. I would probably not use him in future because I think he was trying to get me to spend a lot more money than I was prepared to do and was necessary.

They came when they said that they would, dug and removed cover and pumped out the tank. However, they broke the cover when they removed it. It was in many pieces. They said that it could be put back somehow, but I felt it would fall into the tank. They suggested that I install a riser. No other options were given. They installed a riser and cover the next day and charged for the installation and riser. Original pumping cost $270. Riser installation $178. The job was done, but I will not use these folks again.

Very nice guy, responsive, professional, knowledgeable. Our septic backed up into our house on a Saturday. The first company we called (a business in closer proximity to our house) took my call as an emergency and we never received a call back. My husband called Hahn's and the truck was at our house within a half hour (travel time). As it turns out, there was a clog, but our tank was also due to be cleaned out. We had them remove the clog and pump our tank. What a relief. Great job! Very happy with the service. Definitely would use this company again.

I was the first review for this company. They came out, took care of the clog and emptied the tank. They stated the baffle pipe was bad and that they would fix it. I had some issues with the number they gave me for the credit card payment so when I had called to get the correct number I had spoke to the owner about what was going on with my issue. He stated he would come over and see what we have going on and we could go from there. He came out December 27th 2014. He told me what he was going to do and said he would call me to have it taken care of. I called January 6th to see what the status was because I had not heard from them. I was told I was "on the list" and would be giving me a call. So far, it's January 19th 2015 and no phone call. They used MY ladder to go into the septic tank and left it in my yard. THEY removed the baffle pipe and left that in my yard as well. Not happy with this company anymore. They are probably good for minor fixes such as clogs, but anything more complicated than that, forget it!

Became apparent with second pumping in 4 weeks time that problem was more extensive, probably involving leech field too. I was told someone would be out to further assess situation but tried to contact company several times to no avail the following week when I hadn't heard from them. Later learned that my attempts were not given attention by the company because my phone has a blocked number. (Ooops--forgot about this but won't in the future!) Eventually talked to owner, John, who came out, looked things over, and scheduled a more extensive assessment in a few days when weather conditions hopefully improve.
