I first called the roofing company on 2/20 at 3:15 pm. The company called me back at 3:45 saying someone would be stopping by to review site conditions and give me an estimate. No one showed up on 2/21 so I called the company back and said someone would be there the later in the day. That evening Shane showed up and gave me a $500 estimate. He said that he would try to get someone out later the next day but I had to confirm. I called Shane back to confirm early afternoon on 2/22 and asked for a better price. The owner did not call back until 7:34 pm. He agreed to scale down some of the work to $400 just to remove the ice and leave snow on roof. He said he would have a crew out the next day (2/23.) No one showed up on 2/23 and I called Shane again at 4:56pm. He acted as if he didn't remembered me. I refreshed his memory and he agreed, after insisting on an arrival time, he would have a crew here at 11AM.on 2/24. At 4:38pm on 2/24 after not hearing anything from Shane, I called and left a message and cancelled the job expressing my DISPLEASURE WITH COMPETITIVE ROOFING!!!
