+ -1 moreThy were very good. Even going into the store. The only thing was they told us they would send somebody out to our house to look at what we wanted. They were coming on an Friday, which was a few days when we were talking to the person in the store. It was a few days, and no one called. We just figured fine, we won't bothered with them. They did show up a week and a half later. My husband said, we expected you on an Friday. The man said, he did not know, and he didn't get the message. There was a little glitch there. Other than that we were happy with the service, and with the product.
Description of Work: We did get awnings.

+ -1 moreNot very well. I went to their store back in April to ask about getting new awnings installed on my RV. I had all the information including pictures of the RV and the and quot;receptionistand quot; said she didn't need them and would have someone get back to me. No returned calls. I then called again in May and spoke with the owner and he said he would be out to give me an estimate. Finally on 6/11/14 he showed up and gave me an installation estimate and I was told they could do the work one day the following week. No one called or came out. I then called to see what happened and was told they didn't have their schedule ready and someone would get back to me. No one did. I then called again and was told they would be out to do the work on Monday or Tuesday (6/23 or 6/24) of course they didn't show up or call. Now I am at the point where I feel they are not reliable and of course do not understand their way of doing business which has prompted this negative review.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. They did everything they said they would do. They completed the job in the time frame they stated.
Description of Work: They added a new electric awning for me. They also replaced the canvas on top and all four sides of my cabana that had to be custom made w. windows & doors. Terrific job. I highly recommend them!
