Description of Work: Thawed ice that blocked our septic line. The ice caused us to wake up to an emergency alarm going off in our basement. We were unable to take a shower, wash dishes or clothes or anything else that resulted in waste water because of the blocked line to our septic field. The temps were freezing but they stayed until all the ice was removed from the line. Then they fixed the problem so this wouldn't happen again. Extremely happy with there quick response and service. They also brought in a big machine to dig the frozen ground and were here the entire day.

+ 0 moreVery well. They found some surprises, as they took off the old roof, and they kept me updated on that. There was also a miscommunication about how they needed to build around the deck posts - in retrospect, I should have made sure all the details were listed on the estimate, but they worked it out fine.
Description of Work: Floyd's team did a major job for me. I had them remove a peaked roof from a detached garage, and replace it with a flat roof. They also had to coordinate this work with my deck contractor, as the deck guy was putting posts in the garage floor and running them up through the flat roof, in order to build a deck above it.
